一昨年上京江戸御役人天野七郎兵衛谷田久太郎え於江戸
音物可有哉尚下鴨え被聞合可然決
但右両人之外松村平左衛門倉橋定之丞吉濱佐七郎等は
不及音信候事
一献上已下之麻執行は精進頭人中御頼可被成事
一貴布祢社も同断尤丑日参詣之節可有執行事
一献上之巻数員数四枚内本宮弐枚貴布祢弐枚御老中
已下十五枚但文言は葵使之通

用意する品々の書き出しができ、また出発の六日の寄り合いで催すべき吸い物、御酒三種、肴等を出すべきこと
一、相談の条々は以下の通り
一、旅宿の富士屋長左衛門へ案内の書状を申し遣わすべきこと
一、昨年上京した江戸御役人の天野七郎兵衛、谷田久太郎へ江戸において音物（贈り物）をすべきかどうか、なお下鴨へ聞き合わせるのがよろしいこと
但し右両人の外、松村平左衛門、倉橋定之丞、吉濱佐七郎等は音信に及ばないこと
一、献上以下の麻の執行は精進頭人中に御頼みになるべきこと
一、貴布祢社も同断、もっとも丑の日参詣の節に執行すべきこと
一、献上の巻数員数四枚の内、本宮二枚、貴布祢二枚、御老中以下十五枚、但し文言は葵使の通り

一、式日寄り合い、札本会所で躬清が披露した内容
一、当月三日、七町の行事を召し寄せ申し渡したのは、来る八日御造営の御礼のため関東へ惣代中が発足するにつき、葵使の通り竹ヶ鼻口へ役人の見立てに罷り出るべきこと、並びに東三町行事は竹ヶ鼻口の橋を念入りに掛けるよう申し渡したこと
一、四日九つ時、西御役所から惣代の御召しにつき重殖、季栄が出頭し帰郷、演説によると七加家郡蔵に出逢い申されたのは、先達て相願い候寺社
