奉行中え之添翰出来候故御渡被成候尤此時下鴨惣代鴨
脚新三位ニも同席七加家被申候は此度御下向之名前一紙ニ
被書入候間宜申合候旨被申候仍而此方両人鴨脚氏別ニ
致請印候事右双方へ壱箱故鴨脚氏へ両人ゟ申入候は
右御添翰如何可致哉と申入候処答ニ寛保ニも此方ゟ致
持参候様ニ相覚候尤同日出立之事ニ候得は於江戸申合
寺社奉行へ可致持参と被申候ニ付任其意彼方へ相渡候事

現代語訳
寺社奉行中への添状ができたため、お渡しになった。もっとものこの時、下鴨の惣代である鴨脚新三位も同席し、七加家が申されるには、この度の御下向の名前を一紙に書き入れられたので、よろしく申し合わせる旨を申された。よって、こちらの両人と鴨脚氏が別に請印した。右双方へ一箱のため、鴨脚氏へ両人から申し入れたのは、右の御添状をいかが致すべきかと申し入れたところ、答えに、寛保にもこちらから持参した様に覚えている、もっとも同日出立のことであるから江戸において申し合わせ、寺社奉行へ持参すべしと申されたので、その意に任せて彼方へ相渡した

右につき、御帳前へ神主博久、季栄等が手札をもって御礼を申し入れ、並びに入江、前田、真野氏等へ右の一礼を申し入れ、それから東へ御添状の御礼を申し上げた云々
一、同日、神主博久の息子久季栄へ、明後日六日に首途を催される由を職中に触れられた

英語訳
A covering letter to the Temple and Shrine Magistrates was completed and delivered. At this time, Kamashi Shinsanmi, the representative from Shimogamo, was also present. Shichika said that the names for this journey to the east had been written on one sheet of paper, and he requested proper coordination. Therefore, our two representatives and Kamashi-shi separately affixed their seals. Since there was one box for both parties, our two representatives asked Kamashi-shi how the covering letter should be handled. He replied that he recalled that in the Kanpō era, we also brought it from our side, and since they would depart on the same day, they should coordinate in Edo and present it to the Temple and Shrine Magistrates. Following his intention, it was handed over to them.

Regarding the above, shrine priest Hirohisa, Suehide, and others submitted letters of gratitude to the lord chamberlain, and also submitted similar courtesy letters to Irie, Maeda, Mano, and others. Then they went east to express gratitude for the covering letter, and so forth.
One: On the same day, it was announced to the staff that Hisasuehide, son of shrine priest Hirohisa, would hold a departure ceremony on the day after tomorrow, the 6th.
