一、供僧中から願い出があった護摩木を今日渡すことになり、月番中がミロク坂へ
出頭したこと。もっとも枯松五駄余りを渡した由。杣人夫は供僧から
申し付けたこと
二十日 晴
一、執行代が来訪し、神宮寺・聖神寺に板を掛けたい旨を届け出たこと
一、小寄合の席で寺家中から届け出があった階段の件をどのようにすべきかの件
評議により御届書を認め、明日御役所へ御届けするのが良いと決定
二十一日 晴
一、早朝惣代業久・兼茂が出頭し、未の刻頃帰郷。報告によると、西御役所の
目付方へ申し込んだところ、真野八郎兵衛が出てきて、両寺開帳場に滑り止め板を付けたい
旨を供僧から申し出があった旨を相談したところ、何分滑り止め板或いは手摺等も届け入れ
絵図も作成して出すよう申された。承知の上、絵図の件については段々御断り申し上げ、御届書を
別紙の通り書き改めて出したところ、すぐに申し上げ、書面の通り御聞き届けの旨を
申し渡された。それから東目付方へ申し込んだところ、妻木市之進が出会い、同じ文面の
届書を出したところ、西で御聞き済みの件として受け取り置かれた由。今日差し上げた

One: Early morning, representatives Gyōkyū and Kaneshige came and returned home around the hour of the sheep. According to their report, when they applied to the inspector's office at the West Magistrate's Office, Mano Hachirōbei came out, and when they consulted about the monks' request to install anti-slip boards at both temple exhibition sites, he said that anti-slip boards or handrails should be included in the application with drawings as well. After agreeing, regarding the drawings, they repeatedly declined and revised the petition as shown in the separate document. When submitted, it was immediately reported and approval was granted as written. Then when they applied to the Eastern inspector's office, they met with Tsumaki Ichinoshin and submitted the same petition, which was received as a matter already approved by the West office.
