御吟味被下候様且立花ニ被用候松木御山ニ而少々拝領仕度旨
御願被申入候事
評ニ松木ノ事許容 御影板は御文庫ゟ可被出渡事
一豊光院被申入候明日神宮寺聖神寺御戸開法事等修行
被致候御届被申入候事
一今朝飯後両御役所へ惣代重殖兼茂供僧千手院同道
神宮寺聖神寺明日開帳ニ付為御届出頭之事

現代語訳
この度神宮寺・聖神寺本尊開帳いたし候につき、階段に滑り止め板並びに
竹の手摺等を取り付けたく存じ奉る旨、供僧から申し出候。これにより御届け
申し上げ候。御聞き済み成し下され候様いたしたく存じ奉り候。もっとも開帳相済み候はば、
取り払い御届け申し上げ可く候。以上

一、去る二十一日、今度神宮寺・聖神寺開帳につき、当番の衆が
神宮寺の辺りを通る間、小児共が放埒することのないよう、十手持ちが七
町へ触れ回ったこと
一、去る二十四日、千葉院が申し入れたのは、聖神寺御影板が見当たらないにつき、御一社で
御吟味くださるよう、且つ立花に用いる松木を御山で少々拝領いたしたい旨の
御願いを申し入れたこと
評議により、松木の件は許容、御影板は御文庫から出して渡すべきこと
一、豊光院が申し入れたのは、明日神宮寺・聖神寺の御戸開き法事等を修行
いたす旨の御届けを申し入れたこと
一、今朝食後、両御役所へ惣代重殖・兼茂、供僧千手院が同道で
神宮寺・聖神寺明日開帳につき御届けとして出頭したこと

issued notices through constables to the seven districts to ensure that children would not behave improperly while passing around the Jinguji area
One: On the past 24th day, Chibain submitted a request that since the Shōjiniji sacred image board cannot be found, the shrine should
investigate this matter, and also requested permission to receive some pine wood from the sacred mountain for use in flower arrangements
