祝方渡殿ニ着座可然併御普請方ゟ今日御渡已後清メ無之
間掃除講之内何レソ社頭ニ可被詰間可被招旨則被申入処
捨寿大夫泰顕被勤参籠屋へ被来ニ付唯今早々可被清メ旨
被申入処承知則刀祢壱人被召れ勤仕之事仍如常
一今夕於参籠屋祠官相談云最早御普請も皆出来御引渡等も
済候間来二日ゟ社頭勤番先可被相止旨一決之事

終日御見物為御挨拶掛りゟ史顕出頭尤如昨日一社ゟ切飯煮
〆酒肴被送之右弁当肝煎保韶親顕保健兼統終日

一御普請方江非常欠付人足其外待人足札十九枚并小
屋場大小便取之札弐枚一社ゟ取集メ被戻候事
現代語訳
祝方は渡殿に着座するのが良いであろう。併せて御普請方より今日御引渡し以後清めが無いため、掃除講の内いずれかが社頭に詰めるべき間招くべき旨、則ち申し入れたところ、捨寿大夫泰顕が勤め、参籠屋へ来られたので、ただ今早々清めるべき旨申し入れたところ承知され、則ち刀祢一人を召され勤仕した。仍って通常の如し。
一、今夕参籠屋において祠官相談して云く、「最早御普請も皆出来、御引渡し等も済み候間、来る二日より社頭勤番をまず相止めるべき旨」一決の事。

一、御戸代会後宴能七番例の如し。右見物のため御普請方入来、酒殿西芝桟敷（二間に四間の幄を用いる）にて終日見物なり。各々羽織袴にて挨拶のため掛りより保土出頭、御普請方には参籠所において認められた事。
一、今日御見物のため山村信濃守殿御出の様子に候処、俄かに御出無きに付き、御子息宮城監物殿、御次男山村弥四郎殿御出。西社用場において終日御見物。御挨拶のため掛りより史顕出頭。尤も昨日の如く一社より切飯・煮〆・酒肴を送られる。右弁当肝煎り保韶・親顕・保健・兼統終日庁屋江詰められ候事。
一、御普請方江非常欠付人足その外待人足札十九枚並びに小屋場大小便取りの札二枚、一社より取り集め戻され候事。

The hafuri priests should be seated in the connecting hall. Additionally, since there has been no purification since today's handover from the construction office, it was requested that someone from the cleaning group should be stationed at the shrine grounds and summoned. When Sutejū-dayū Yasuaki took charge and came to the vigil building, it was immediately requested that purification be carried out promptly, which was acknowledged. Accordingly, one shrine attendant was summoned to perform the duties. Thus it proceeded as usual.
1. This evening at the vigil building, the shrine officials consulted and said: "Since the construction is now complete and the handover procedures are finished, it was decided that the shrine duty roster should first be suspended from the coming 2nd day."

1. Seven programs of banquet entertainment following the Otoshiro meeting, as usual. For viewing this, the construction office personnel came and watched all day from the temporary seating (using a two-by-four-ken curtained area) on the western lawn of Sakadono. Each wearing formal haori and hakama, for greetings Yasuchi appeared from the responsible party, and this was acknowledged by the construction office at the vigil quarters.
1. Today Yamashiro Shinano-no-kami was expected to come for viewing, but he suddenly could not attend. Instead, his son Miyagi Kenmotsu and his second son Yamamura Yashirō came out. They viewed all day at the western work area. For greetings, Shi Akira appeared from the responsible party. As yesterday, cut rice, simmered dishes, sake, and delicacies were sent from the shrine. The organizers of this meal service - Yasutoshi, Chika-aki, Yasutake, and Kanetō - were stationed at the office building all day.
1. Nineteen tickets for emergency and standby laborers for the construction office, plus two tickets for latrine cleaning at the hut sites, were collected and returned by the shrine.
