一今日役大工仲間ゟ正殿作料増頂戴願書差上《割書：其留｜略之》
評寛保之通弐百五十匁可被下決
一掛りゟ演説云御造営ニ付東西百姓中夫人足も多
有之候間此節御酒ニ而も可被下哉尤正遷宮以後ニは先例
之通可被下候へ共先此節被下可然旨ニ而東へ酒三斗
銭三〆文西へ酒三斗銭三〆文可被下之旨則今夜
年寄行事被招掛りゟ目六ニ而可被渡之由也
一秉燭後掛り之輩参集七町年寄行事被召寄今日
寄会評決之通東三町へ酒三斗鳥目三〆文西四町へ

一河口被招八社御衣架御屏風来十七日迄ニは右繕張仕立共
出来ニ付絵之事十八日十九日両日ニ出来候哉請負ゟ直積申
出候貴布祢権殿同様ニ一ツニ付五匁ツヽニ而可被認哉尚得与思
案之上可被申出旨被申入候事
一河口再被招片岡社大田社御几帳新調絵料両社ニ而卅匁
外ニ賄料被遣候而可被仕立哉被申入候処尚明日返答可
被申出旨也尤右は請負ゟ依申被申入候事

一為見廻り入江吉兵衛松村平左衛門入来為挨拶兼茂出頭
此序吉兵衛迄被申入候は此間被仰聞候本宮八社正遷宮之儀
八月中ニ済候様ニ可仕旨ニ付相談仕候処陣之儀は二陣ニ而相済
候得共遷宮之儀御社数も多御座候得者八月上旬ゟ取掛り不申候

一、掛かりより演説云く、御造営につき東西百姓中夫人足も多くこれあり候間、この節御酒にても下されるべきや、もっとも正遷宮以後には先例の通り下されるべく候えども、先ずこの節下されるべき然るべき旨にて、東へ酒三斗銭三貫文、西へ酒三斗銭三貫文下されるべきの旨、則ち今夜年寄行事招かれ、掛かりより目六にて渡されるべきの由なり
一、秉燭後掛かりの輩参集、七町年寄行事召し寄せ、今日寄会評決の通り東三町へ酒三斗鳥目三貫文、西四町へ酒三斗鳥目三貫文下され候旨申し渡され候事
九日晴
一、河口招かれ、八社御衣架御屏風来る十七日までには右繕い張り仕立て共出来につき、絵の事十八日十九日両日に出来候や、請負より直積み申し出で候、貴布禰権殿同様に一つにつき五匁ずつにて認められるべきや、なお得と思案の上申し出でるべき旨申し入れ候事
一、河口再び招かれ、片岡社大田社御几帳新調絵料両社にて三十匁、外に賄料遣わされ候て仕立てらるべきや申し入れ候ところ、なお明日返答申し出でるべき旨なり、もっとも右は請負より依り申し入れられ候事

1. The supervisor announced: Due to the shrine construction, there are many laborers from both east and west village communities, so perhaps sake should be granted at this time. Although it would normally be granted after the formal shrine transfer according to precedent, it would be appropriate to grant it now: 3 tō of sake and 3 kan mon of coins to the east, 3 tō of sake and 3 kan mon of coins to the west. Tonight the village elders and officials will be summoned, and [the funds] will be distributed by the supervisor using the sixth-eye [measurement].
1. After lighting the candles, the supervisors assembled. The seven-town elders and officials were summoned, and as decided at today's meeting, 3 tō of sake and 3 kan mon of bird-eye coins to the eastern three towns, and 3 tō of sake and 3 kan mon of bird-eye coins to the western four towns were to be granted, this was announced.

1. Kawaguchi was summoned. Regarding the clothing racks and folding screens for the eight shrines, by the 17th day the repairs and mounting work should be completed. Concerning the painting work, could it be finished on both the 18th and 19th days? The contractor submitted a direct estimate. Like the Kibune temporary hall, would 5 momme each be approved? [He was told to] consider it well and submit [his proposal], this was conveyed.
1. Kawaguchi was summoned again. For the newly made curtain screens for Kataoka Shrine and Ōta Shrine, the painting fee for both shrines would be 30 momme, plus meal expenses to be provided for the work. When this was proposed, [he said] he would give a reply tomorrow. This was proposed at the request of the contractor.
10th day, clear
1. Irie Kichibei and Matsumura Heizaemon came for inspection rounds. Kanemochi attended for greetings. On this occasion, [the following] was conveyed to Kichibei: Regarding the formal shrine transfer of the main shrine and eight shrines that was recently ordered to be completed within August, consultation was held. While the ceremonial formation can be completed in two formations, since there are many shrine buildings for the transfer ceremony, if [work] does not begin from early August...
