評当分之儀ニも候間保養被加候はゝ全快可有之間其侭可
被勤趣御挨拶有之可然旨ニ而則寿保江被申入処庸清被申入
は預の挨拶忝被存候併老年ニも及殊ニ正遷宮ニも近キ候へは
何卒辞退之儀達而御願被申入候尤親族中ゟも同様御願被申
候旨也
再評達而被相願候へは御聞届被成御願可遣尤新補仁体
御兼頼転補小折紙等可被差出ニ決
新補寿保御兼頼達而被断候へ共再応御兼頼之上領掌則

勘文を差し出すべき旨を申し渡すことに決定

一朝飯後、臨時参会。会所の兼古が披露したのは、昨夜寿保が入来して申し入れたのは
「庸清の儀、老年に及び、その上この節暑気に当たり、殊に正遷宮にも相成るので、
辞職の儀を願い出たい」という旨の事
評議では「当分の儀でもあるので、保養を加えれば全快するであろうから、その侭
勤めるべき趣旨で御挨拶があって然るべき」ということで、すなわち寿保に申し入れたところ、庸清が申し入れたのは
「お預かりの御挨拶かたじけなく存じますが、併せて老年にも及び、殊に正遷宮にも近いので、
何卒辞退の儀、達て御願い申し入れます。もっとも親族中からも同様に御願い申し
上げる」という旨であった
再評議では「達て願い出られるのであれば、御聞き届け成され御願いを遣わすべし。もっとも新補の人体、
御兼頼・転補・小折紙等を差し出すべき」に決定
新補として寿保に御兼頼したが、達て断られたが、再応御兼頼の上で領掌、すなわち

The inspection at the shrine grounds was appropriate, and the same applied to the ceremonial stands. In connection with this, Kenken attended as representative of the shrine treasure officials Horei, Genpou, and Kiyotari.

- Previously, Maeda Tadajirō had made a request, and regarding the sword blade that was discussed in the earlier meeting,
the swordsmith Izumi-no-daijō prepared it, and 43 monme of silver was provided as payment. For the scabbard and decorations,
140 monme of silver was paid to Iseya Zensuke at Aburakōji Ichijō-sagaru.
Yasutoshi handled the negotiations and ordered it to be made with silver-gilt finish.

A presentation from the officials: When should the formal relocation ceremony for the main shrine and others be carried out?
After deliberation: Main shrine around August 17th-19th, Kataoka Shrine around the 26th-28th of the same month,
Kifune Shrine around September 5th-7th. Furthermore, tomorrow the divination report with these dates
should be submitted to the Onmyō-dayū (Chief Diviner).
18th day, Cloudy, clear after the hour of the Snake
- After breakfast, emergency meeting. Kaneko from the meeting place reported that last night Kotobuki visited and conveyed that
"Regarding Tsunekiyo's situation, he has reached old age, and moreover has been affected by the summer heat at this time, and since the formal relocation ceremony is approaching,
he wishes to request retirement."
In deliberation: "Since this is a temporary matter, if he takes care of his health he should recover completely, so it would be appropriate to respond that he should continue in his position." When this was conveyed to Kotobuki, Tsunekiyo replied:
"I am grateful for your gracious response, but since I have reached old age and the formal relocation ceremony is approaching,
please by all means accept my earnest request for retirement. Moreover, my relatives also make the same request."
In re-deliberation: "If he earnestly requests this, his wish should be granted. The documents for his replacement,
provisional appointment, transfer appointment, and small certificate should be submitted." This was decided.
Kotobuki was offered the provisional appointment as replacement, but he firmly declined. However, after a second offer of provisional appointment, he accepted, namely
