In detail, it was decided that notification should be given that small folded documents must be submitted by the 27th
- Decision on whether ceremonial garments should be distributed to 21 shrine officials, 140 non-active personnel, 42 tōne and shrine attendants, and other onmyō shrine deputy officials
By council decision, after tomorrow's inspection by the metsuke officials, they shall be distributed to shrine officials at the government office
For the 140 people on the 23rd, for the tōne and shrine attendants on the 24th, to be distributed at the council chamber, decided
The written notice to be given to the jitte wakayaku is as follows:
Memorandum
Regarding this reconstruction, following precedent, each person shall receive ceremonial garments. On the coming 23rd day, between the hour of the Snake and the hour of the Monkey, they will be distributed at the council chamber, so except for particular hardships, each person should appear wearing formal upper and lower garments. Of course, as receiving items while serving in other capacities would be inappropriate, those attending as representatives should appear separately.
