- Regarding the above, there was an extraordinary assembly past the Hour of Dog, and Hoshō gave a speech about the purport of the Imperial Secretary's instructions.
　　After deliberation, it was decided that concerning the dates and times, a divination report would be submitted to the Onmyō-dayū (Master of Onmyō), and based on that, a written schedule would be brought tomorrow.
