一午刻過惣代息久兼茂帰郷演説云先御奉行日野西弁殿へ
参上日限窺書此間差上置候書付与御取替被下候様被申上処
則御取替被下候事尤横折書付并日時窺書御伝奏へ御届
被申上夫ゟ西御役所へ参上之処村山富右衛門出逢ニ付遷宮日時御所ゟ
御好ニ有之ニ付書改候此間差上候日時窺御届書御取替之事
被申入処則聞届ニ而取替被下ケ候事此序冨右衛門被申は遷宮之
節御奉行御着座之有無正徳寛保之度吟味之上明後日迄ニ
書付可被出事
一於評議所百四十人之輩へ浄衣指貫烏帽子末広等被相
渡候事各上下着用ニ而頂戴被致候事尤故障台顕
米久居久社中ニ被預置候也預別当歌役分依例社中相納
一未刻過日野西弁殿ゟ一社惣代只今非蔵人口へ可参旨召状
到来ニ付即刻為惣代業久季栄出頭酉刻前帰郷演説云非
蔵人口へ参上之処御伝奏櫛笥大納言殿御奉行日野西弁殿
御列座ニ而本宮以下正遷宮日時御書付を以被仰渡

一、午刻過ぎに総代息久・兼茂が帰郷し、説明して言うには、まず御奉行日野西弁殿へ
参上し、日限伺い書をこの間差し上げ置き候書付と、お取り替えくださるよう申し上げたところ、
すぐにお取り替えくださいました。もっとも横折書付並びに日時伺い書は御伝奏へお届け
申し上げ、それから西御役所へ参上したところ、村山富右衛門に出会ったので、遷宮日時は御所から
お好みがあったため、書き改め候。この間差し上げた日時伺いお届け書のお取り替えの件を
申し入れたところ、すぐに聞き届けられ、取り替えてくださいました。この序でに富右衛門が申されたのは、遷宮の
際の御奉行の御着座の有無について、正徳・寛保の度を吟味の上、明後日までに
書付を出すべき事とのことでした。
一、評議所において百四十人の輩へ浄衣・指貫・烏帽子・末広等を
お渡しになりました。各々上下着用にて頂戴いたしました。もっとも故障のため台・顕・
米久・居久は社中に預け置かれました。預かり別当・歌役分は例により社中が相納めました。
一、未刻過ぎに日野西弁殿から一社総代は只今非蔵人口へ参るべき旨の召状が
到来したので、即刻総代として業久・季栄が出頭し、酉刻前に帰郷し、説明して言うには、非
蔵人口へ参上したところ、御伝奏櫛笥大納言殿・御奉行日野西弁殿が
御列座にて、本宮以下正遷宮日時をお書付をもって仰せ渡されました。

One: After the hour of the Horse, representatives Hisahisa and Kanemochi returned home and explained, saying that first they went to Administrator Hinoki-sai Ben-dono and requested that the date inquiry document submitted earlier be exchanged. It was immediately exchanged. The folded document and time inquiry document were submitted to the Imperial messenger, then they went to the West Government Office where they met Murayama Tomiemon. Since the Imperial Palace had preferences regarding the relocation dates, the document was revised. When they requested the exchange of the previously submitted time inquiry notification document, it was immediately accepted and exchanged. On this occasion, Tomiemon mentioned that regarding the presence or absence of the administrator's attendance at the relocation, after examining the precedents from the Shotoku and Kanpo eras, a written report should be submitted by the day after tomorrow.
One: At the council chamber, pure white robes, hakama trousers, court caps, folding fans, etc. were distributed to 140 people. Each received them while wearing formal court dress. However, due to impediments, Dai, Ken, Yonehisa, and Ikyu were entrusted to the shrine community. The deputy head priest and song officials were accepted by the shrine community according to custom.
One: After the hour of the Sheep, a summons arrived from Hinoki-sai Ben-dono stating that the shrine representatives should immediately come to the Hi-kurodo entrance. Representatives Narihisa and Suehide immediately appeared and returned before the hour of the Rooster, explaining that when they went to the Hi-kurodo entrance, Imperial Messenger Kushige Dainagon-dono and Administrator Hinoki-sai Ben-dono were seated together and announced the formal relocation dates for the main shrine and others through a written document:
