右の他に仰せ渡されたのは、陣の儀について来る晦日に執行される。即日宣旨使が
参向するが、社中に差し支えはないか。また六社の宣旨も晦日に仰せ出されるので、
何日に宣旨申請に出向くべきか。右の両件について一緒にお返答申し出るべきとのことでした。
一、右について入夜に関係者が参集して相談したこと。まず西御奉行所へお届けし、明日
出頭することになった。また来る二十五日に転補・新補の口宣案をお渡しになるので、その際に来る
晦日の陣御執行、即日宣旨使参向に差し支えない事。また新宮以下六社の
正遷宮宣旨の件については八月十日までの内、何日でも参上いたしますので、
御都合の宜しい時分に御伝奏の御指図をくださるよう申し上げるのが然るべきと決定して、
各々退散しました。
二十四日
一、朝飯後、総代として保麗・兼為が出頭し、西御役所へ遷宮定日お届け書を

In addition to the above, it was announced that the court ceremony would be held on the last day of the month, and imperial messengers would visit on the same day. They asked whether this would cause any problems for the shrine community, and since the imperial edicts for the six shrines would also be issued on the last day of the month, they inquired on what date we should appear to request the imperial edicts. They requested that responses to both matters be submitted together.
One: Regarding the above, the concerned parties gathered in the evening for consultation. First, they would report to the Western Administrator's Office and appear tomorrow. Also, on the coming 25th, verbal imperial appointment documents for transfers and new appointments would be handed over, and at that time there would be no impediment to the court ceremony execution on the last day of the month and the same-day visit of imperial messengers. Regarding the imperial edicts for the formal relocations of Shingu and the other five shrines below it,
they could appear on any day up to the 10th of the 8th month, so it was decided that it would be appropriate to request that the imperial messenger provide guidance at a convenient time. With this decided, everyone dispersed.
