一刀祢神人四十二人不残被召出刀祢は白張立烏帽子神人は
立烏帽子黄衣被下之依之掛り之輩参集之事
廿五日晴入夜雨
一午刻過西御役所へ為惣代季栄壱人出頭持参其留

上賀茂本社并片岡社貴布祢社正遷宮之砌御普請御奉行御着座
之有無蒙御尋左ニ申上候

御普請奉行社家之家ニ御詰被成候計ニ而神前御着座之儀
無御座候事
正徳ニ御所司組与力同心中寛保ニ御代官并手代中
片岡社正遷宮

御普請奉行端社ニ而は下番所ニ御詰被成候尤正徳

一、刀祢・神人四十二人全員が召し出され、刀祢は白張立烏帽子、神人は
立烏帽子・黄衣を下賜されることになり、これにより関係者が参集したこと。
二十五日 晴れ、入夜雨
一、午の刻過ぎに西御役所へ総代として季栄一人が出頭し持参した、その控え：
口上覚
上賀茂本社並びに片岡社・貴布祢社正遷宮の砌、御普請御奉行の御着座
の有無についてお尋ねを受けましたので、左に申し上げます：
上賀茂正遷宮
御普請奉行は社家の家にお詰めになるだけで、神前御着座の儀は
ございません。
正徳年間には御所司組与力・同心中、寛保年間には御代官並びに手代中
片岡社正遷宮

貴布祢社正遷宮
御普請奉行は末社においては下番所にお詰めになります。もっとも正徳年間
には御所司組与力・同心中、寛保年間は御代官並びに手代中
ただし奥社へお詰めになることはございません。
右のお尋ねについて申し上げます。この度に相当いたします御普請御奉行が
お出での例はございませんので、先例は右に書き付けた通り、御代官以下にて
お勤めになる御事でございます。以上

The above was received by Murayama Tomiemon.
One: All forty-two tōne and jinin were summoned. The tōne were granted white-stretched standing eboshi caps, and the jinin were granted standing eboshi caps and yellow robes. Accordingly, the concerned parties assembled.

One: After the hour of the Horse, Kiei alone went as representative to the Western Government Office and brought the following. Its copy:
Memorandum of oral statement
We were asked whether the Construction Administrator would be seated during the formal relocations of Kamigamo Main Shrine, Kataoka Shrine, and Kifune Shrine, so we report as follows:
Kamigamo formal relocation
The Construction Administrator only stays at the shrine family's house and does not
take a seat before the deity.
In the Shōtoku era: magistrate group officers and constables; in the Kanpō era: deputy officials and clerks
Kataoka Shrine formal relocation
Same as above
Kifune Shrine formal relocation
The Construction Administrator stays at the lower guard post for subsidiary shrines. In the Shōtoku era:
magistrate group officers and constables; in Kanpō era: deputy officials and clerks.
However, there is no precedent of staying at the inner shrine.
Regarding the above inquiry, we report that there is no precedent for Construction Administrators
to attend occasions corresponding to this time, so according to precedent as written above,
the duties are performed by deputy officials and below. Above
