具ニ渡ス次祢宜再 宣旨使之前ニ進対揖了介渡玉橋

之前ニ着座円座長床ヲ用但此度者東御料屋軒
下ニ着座尤二行ニ着貴布祢々宜若宮之前ニ猶予使参
向之体見計唐門ゟ進使之前先対揖次宣旨請取
新宮仮殿ニ備祝詞次撤宣旨了而再進使之前対揖

使ト対揖次使退出祠官者社頭ニ猶予但右貴布祢
宣旨使之次第如当四月朔日仍略之
次夕御料備進当番社司貴布祢々宜息久備進尤朝御
料者先達而備進右了而於御藉屋宣旨拝覧
神供直会酒三献被通之後各退散
一宣旨使於庁屋献之儀是迄同前并太刀馬代送物
等同前仍略之雑掌兼茂代兼統挨拶被致候事
一今日未刻計御奉行ゟ一社惣代御召ニ付為惣代重殖季栄
出頭之処今度官位申上輩悉 勅許被仰出旨被仰渡
依之被申上輩同道御礼等被申上候事 但口 宣案ハ来月
四日未刻御渡可被成旨也
一今日宣旨使無滞相済候御届ケは季栄中宿ニ被持居ニ付
以飛脚被申遣処壱人参上御伝奏御奉行江御届ケ相済

現代語訳
自分の素襖に渡す。素襖から返し渡して使部が覧箱に入れ、禰宜の召し具に渡す。次に禰宜が再び宣旨使の前に進んで対揖を終え、玉橋を渡って楼門の内に退く。次に神主以下祠官、随意の人々が新宮仮殿の前に着座し、円座・長床を用いる。ただし今度は東御料屋軒下に着座し、もっとも二行に着く。貴布禰禰宜は若宮の前に猶予し、使参向の様子を見計らって唐門から進み、使の前でまず対揖し、次に宣旨を受け取って新宮仮殿に備え、祝詞の次に宣旨を撤して、再び使の前に進んで対揖し、唐門の内に退く。次に神主が起座して対揖し、次に正禰宜以下祠官一統が使と対揖する。次に使が退出し、祠官は社頭に猶予する。ただし右の貴布禰宣旨使の次第は当四月朔日の如くなので省略する。
次に夕御料を備え進める。当番社司貴布禰禰宜息久が備え進める。もっとも朝御料は先達って備え進めた。右が終わって御藉屋において宣旨拝覧する。
神供直会の酒三献が通された後、各々退散した。
一、宣旨使を庁屋において献ずる儀は、これまでと同前であり、太刀・馬代・送物等も同前なので省略する。雑掌兼茂の代として兼統が挨拶を致した。
一、今日未の刻頃、御奉行から一社惣代御召につき、惣代として重殖季栄が出頭したところ、今度官位を申し上げた者すべてに勅許が仰せ出された旨を仰せ渡された。これにより申し上げた者が同道して御礼等を申し上げた。ただし口宣案は来月四日未刻に御渡しになる旨である。
一、今日宣旨使が滞りなく相済んだ御届けは、季栄が中宿に持参していたため、飛脚を以て申し遣わしたところ、一人参上して御伝奏・御奉行へ御届けが相済み、帰郷したとのことである。

Next, the evening meal offerings were prepared and presented. The duty shrine administrator Kifune negi priest Okihisa prepared and presented them. The morning meal offerings had been prepared and presented earlier. After this was completed, the imperial edict was reverently viewed at the sacred meal hall.
After three rounds of sake were served at the sacred feast following the divine offerings, everyone dispersed.
