    御目付  壱人     与力中  弐人     同心中  八人  一両御奉行所御役人中     与力中  弐人     同心中  弐人   右之外雑色被成下候儀ニ御座候  寛保二戌年九月廿三日   貴布祢社正遷宮ニ付御役人中之覚  一御所司御役人中     御目附  壱人     与力中  四人     御徒目付 壱人     同心中  拾五人   右之外雑色被成下候儀ニ御座候   寛保三ケ度正遷宮之節御役人中右之通ニ御座候以上             上賀茂一社惣代     《割書:酉》八月         林大和守印                 山本造酒印  西御役所へも右例書持参之事未刻過帰郷演説云先  西ニ而村山富右衛門出逢ニ付正遷宮之節寛保度警固例書  指出処落手追付被出被申候は正遷宮ニ付勅使被下諸役  人参向名前書付可差出旨被申ニ付御所表ゟ未名前書御書  渡無之候御渡被成次第可申上旨申処相知レ次第早々書付可差出  旨被申候事又勅使以下御休所并諸役人且武家方役人中惣休  所不残相極次第家主名前書付可差上旨被申候事右畢而退出

御目付  一人  与力中  二人  同心中  八人 一、両御奉行所御役人中  与力中  二人  同心中  二人  右の外に雑色を成し下される儀にございます 寛保二年戌年九月二十三日 貴布祢社正遷宮に付き御役人中の覚 一、御所司御役人中  御目付  一人  与力中  四人  御徒目付 一人  同心中  十五人  右の外に雑色を成し下される儀にございます 寛保三度正遷宮の節、御役人中右の通りにございます。以上           上賀茂一社惣代  酉八月       林大和守印            山本造酒印 西御役所へも右例書を持参した事。未刻過ぎに帰郷。演説によると、先に西にて村山富右衛門に出逢ったので正遷宮の節の寛保度警固例書を指し出したところ、落手し、追って出されたのは、正遷宮に付き勅使が下され、諸役人参向の名前書付を差し出すべき旨を申されたので、御所表より未だ名前書の御書き渡しが無い候、御渡しになられ次第申し上げるべき旨を申したところ、相知れ次第早々書付を差し出すべき旨を申された事。また勅使以下の御休所並びに諸役人、かつ武家方役人中総休所を残らず相極まり次第、家主名前書付を差し上げるべき旨を申された事。右畢わって退出。

For the three Kanpō-era formal shrine reconstructions, the officials were as stated above. Upper Kamo Shrine general representative 8th month of the rooster year Hayashi Yamato-no-kami [seal] Yamamoto Sakezukuri [seal] The above precedent documents were also brought to the Western Administrative Office. Returned home after the hour of the sheep (around 2 PM). According to the report: Earlier at the western [office], I encountered Murayama Tomiemon, so I submitted the Kanpō-era security precedent documents for the formal shrine reconstruction. After they received them, what was subsequently issued stated that regarding the formal reconstruction, an imperial envoy would be dispatched, and a written list of names of all participating officials should be submitted. Since no written list of names had yet been delivered from the imperial court, I replied that I would report as soon as it was handed down. They replied that the written list should be submitted promptly once the information becomes available. Also, they stated that written lists of landlords' names should be submitted for all rest facilities for the imperial envoy and below, various officials, and all general rest facilities for military house officials, as soon as [the arrangements] are finalized. After completing the above, [I] withdrew.
