所 手配帳を以万事示合有之次左之通評決也
一正遷宮三日以前つちくれ御祭之通可被包候ニ付忌言

一同往来音曲停止之事

右之通十手并例之ケ所へ明十四日ニ可被触事
一七町自身番十八日晩ゟ十九日一昼夜袴ヲ可着事

一小森典薬頭江惣代中ゟ切紙ニ而仲間使権兵衛《割書：麻上下》取ニ遣
則銀弐枚為持遣処例之通屠蘇到来之事
一五十嵐源五ゟ切帋ニ而正遷宮之節御先払ニ参候ニ付休所支度等
被仰付被下候哉尋ニ来ニ付休所河原町新家支度等一社ゟ申付
置候旨返書遣候事
一参籠之衆中へ為御酒料銭三百文ツヽ尤卅壱人分氏哲持参之事
一禁裏御所修理職高嶋監物勘使渡辺主殿請負千切屋
七郎兵衛召連入来先達而御修復被仰付候本宮小屋院御寄附

御金燈籠出来栄見分有之則社中へ御引渡之旨被申聞出

一本宮権殿旧御殿今日迄撤却片付掃除等相済候事
一自御伝奏依御召酉刻比保韶参上候処御対面ニ付先
院御寄附之御金燈籠御修復出来昨日惣代御届申上候
通今日御所役人被参引渡被申候一同忝旨御礼申上候処
右之次第ニ而已後御造営之度々御所ゟ御修復可被成
下旨仰也右御礼之儀御奉行へも参上可仕御尋申上候処
現代語訳
一、入夜、総奉行中の馳走方の衆中で示し合わせの儀について参集し評議した。
手配帳をもって万事示し合わせがあり、次の通り評決となった。
一、正遷宮三日以前、土暮れ御祭の通りに包むべきことについて、忌み言葉等の件
一、同じく往来音曲停止の件
一、火の用心の件
右の通り十手並びに例の箇所へ明日十四日に触れを出すべき件
一、七町自身番は十八日晩から十九日一昼夜、袴を着用すべき件
十四日 曇り 午刻過ぎに小雨
一、小森典薬頭へ総代中より切紙にて仲間使いの権兵衛《麻上下着用》を取りに遣わした。
すぐに銀二枚を持たせて遣わしたところ、例の通り屠蘇が到来した件
一、五十嵐源五より切紙にて、正遷宮の節に御先払いに参るので休所支度等を
仰せ付けくださるかとの尋ねがあったため、休所河原町新家支度等を一社から申し付け
置いた旨の返書を遣わした件
一、参籠の衆中へ御酒料として銭三百文ずつ、もっとも三十一人分を氏哲が持参した件
一、禁裏御所修理職の高島監物、勘使渡辺主殿、請負千切屋七郎兵衛を召し連れて入来し、
先達って御修復を仰せ付けられた本宮小屋院御寄附の御金燈籠の出来栄えを見分し、
すぐに社中へ御引き渡しの旨を申し聞かせた。

一、本宮権殿旧御殿は今日まで撤去片付け掃除等が相済んだ件
一、御伝奏からの御召しにより、酉刻頃に保韶が参上したところ御対面となり、
先の院御寄附の御金燈籠御修復が出来上がり、昨日総代が御届け申し上げた
通り、今日御所役人が参って引き渡しを申された。ひとえに有り難い旨の御礼を申し上げたところ、
右の次第にて今後御造営の度々、御所より御修復をなされ下される旨の仰せである。
右御礼の儀については御奉行へも参上すべき旨をお尋ね申し上げたところ

One: In the evening, the officials in charge of hospitality among the chief magistrates assembled to discuss coordination matters.
Based on the coordination handbook, all matters were coordinated, and the following decisions were made:
- Regarding taboo words etc. for wrapping according to the Tsuchikure festival custom three days before the main shrine relocation
- Regarding the suspension of music on the streets
- Regarding fire precautions
The above matters should be announced through the police officials and usual locations tomorrow on the 14th
- The seven-district self-defense guards should wear hakama from the evening of the 18th through the entire day and night of the 19th
14th day: Cloudy, light rain after noon
One: A messenger named Gonbei (wearing hemp kamishimo) was sent to Komori Tenyakuno-kami with a written message from the representatives.
Two pieces of silver were sent with him, and as usual, toso (New Year's spiced sake) arrived.
One: Igarashi Gengo sent a written inquiry asking if arrangements for rest stations should be prepared since he would participate in the advance guard for the shrine relocation.
A reply was sent stating that arrangements for the rest station at Kawaramachi Shinya had already been ordered by the shrine.
One: Three hundred mon each as sake money was brought by Ujitetsu for the participants in the vigil, totaling thirty-one people.
One: Takashima Kenmotsu of the Imperial Palace Repair Office, inspector Watanabe Tonomo, and contractor Chigiriya Shichibei came to inspect the completed golden lanterns donated by the former emperor for the main shrine's temporary building restoration that had been previously ordered.
The lanterns were immediately handed over to the shrine officials.
Present were Horei and Motoyasu from the sacred chamber section.
One: The demolition, cleanup, and sweeping of the old buildings of the main shrine's temporary hall were completed today.
One: Summoned by the imperial messenger, Hosho went to court around the hour of the rooster and had an audience.
Regarding the golden lanterns donated by the former emperor that were completed yesterday and reported by the representatives, today imperial court officials came and carried out the handover.
When gratitude was expressed for this honor, it was declared that henceforth the imperial court would carry out repairs for each future reconstruction project.
