用心等被相触候事
一七町已下例之ケ所へも魂覆音曲火之用心自身番鐘鉦
之音等不致様申渡候事
一寺家中へ十九日被岸初日ニ候得共御遷宮御当日故鐘鉦
は勿論全体被差扣尤御祭ニも彼是御祭当在之候故
今度は被見候儀抔は無之様随分被慎候様可被申入旨

仰せに、昨日の御届けにて相済むべき旨仰せである。
次に正遷宮の次第について、下社でも少々間違いもあったので、よくよく御示し合わせがあるべきであり、それゆえの御召しの旨である。御尋ね、御答え等があり、これを略す。
一、十手中へ本宮正遷宮について、忌み言葉、魂覆い、音曲停止並びに火の用心等を触れさせた件
一、七町以下例の箇所へも魂覆い、音曲、火の用心、自身番、鐘鉦の音等を致さないよう申し渡した件
一、寺家中へ、十九日は被岸初日にあたるけれども御遷宮御当日故、鐘鉦はもちろん全体を差し控え、もっとも御祭にも彼是御祭当があるので、今度は見物の儀等はないよう、随分慎むよう申し入れるべき旨について、右の趣旨を会所より執行代へ申し達した件

一、諸人に本宮内外陣の御神宝を拝見させるため、早朝より神宝神服方の月番中が出頭し、御籍屋に出して飾った件

One: Notices were issued to the police officials regarding taboo words, soul covering, suspension of music, and fire precautions for the main shrine relocation.
One: Instructions were given to the seven districts and other usual locations regarding soul covering, music, fire precautions, self-defense watch, and not making sounds of bells and gongs.
One: Regarding the temple communities, although the 19th falls on the first day of Higashi, since it is the day of the shrine relocation, not only bells and gongs but all activities should be restrained. Moreover, since there are various festival activities during the festival period, this time there should be no sightseeing activities, and they should exercise utmost caution. This message was conveyed from the meeting place to the executive representatives.

One: To allow the general public to view the sacred treasures in the inner and outer sanctuaries of the main shrine, the monthly duty officials from the sacred treasures and vestments section came early in the morning to display them at the sacred registry building.
For this purpose, six shrine attendants (toneri) should be appointed.
One: Chief magistrates Chen Kenmori, Hoho-ai, and Usyun went out to set up wooden lanterns at various locations and supervised the work. The locations were:

Two at the gate of Jurakuji Temple, two at Sakadono Bridge, one from Masugata to the checkpoint, one at the corner, one at Fuda-no-tsuji, six before and after Kawarabashi Bridge, one in front of the retreat quarters, one in front of the bathhouse, two at the front gate of the meeting place
