一参籠祠官中相談之条如左
一千早は 勅使御参向已前御出迎之間ニ逢候様社頭ニ
猶予之内可被着之又被脱候儀は神宝奉納畢而
復座之時於座可被脱之ニ治定
一勅使御出迎は日門ゟ可被出又退時同前
一神宝奉納已前正祢宜已下西御供所於清棚之辺
手水可有之尤兼而所司大夫江可被申入事
一傘持之事 勅使御出迎之節勿論可被召連事
一木工寮堀川左衛門尉主殿寮小野主殿助入来幄之建場
所内検神主博久出逢之事
一申刻計於参籠所小寄会月番六役并掛り之輩参集
会所森顕披露云預別当歌役ゟ被申入候は先達而申入候
着用未御渡無之候正遷宮ニも近寄候間先正遷宮当日計
致借用相済候はゝ返弁可致旨被申出候事
評ニ当十二日寄会之節正徳度社記勘出之事月番中へ
被付候後一統之参会も無之候間正遷宮当日は先達而被渡候
百四十人前主当り分着用可被致参勤候重而寄会之節
沙汰可有之旨被申入候様又歌役ニは当時無足之儀且
正遷宮之節参勤之役筋無之間随意参詣被致候はゝ自分
現代語訳
一、本宮正遷宮につき、今日から二十一日まで十六日間、御日供を献進する。今日の御備当番は正祝重殖である。
一、片岡社新宮、大田社、若宮、奈良社、沢田社、氏神社へ御内陣の御畳を敷く残りの作業について、刀祢四人が申し付けられ、神宝方が出頭し、その社の祠官等が参加した事。
一、参籠祠官中の相談の条々は以下の通り
一、千早については、勅使御参向以前の御出迎えの間に合うように社頭に猶予の内に着用すべきである。また脱ぐ件については、神宝奉納が終わって復座の時に座において脱ぐべきことに決定した。
一、勅使御出迎えは日門から出るべきで、退く時も同様とする。
一、神宝奉納以前に正禰宜以下は西御供所の清棚の辺りで手水をするべきである。もっともあらかじめ所司大夫へ申し入れるべき事。
一、傘持の事については、勅使御出迎えの節はもちろん召し連れるべき事。
一、木工寮堀川左衛門尉、主殿寮小野主殿助が入来し、幄の建て場所を内検し、神主博久が出迎えた事。
一、申刻頃に参籠所において小寄会があり、月番六役並びに掛りの輩が参集した。会所森顕が披露して言うには、別当歌役から申し入れられたのは、先達て申し入れた着用がまだ御渡しがない。正遷宮にも近づいているので、まず正遷宮当日だけでも借用して、済んだら返弁するという旨を申し出たという事。
評議において、当十二日の寄会の節、正徳度社記を勘出した事を月番中へ付けられた後、一統の参会もないので、正遷宮当日はこれまでに渡された百四十人前の主当り分の着用で参勤すべきである。重ねて寄会の節に沙汰があるべき旨を申し入れるよう。また歌役には当時不足の件があり、かつ正遷宮の節の参勤の役筋がないので、随意参詣をするなら自分で

1. Regarding the main shrine's formal reconstruction ceremony (shōsengū), daily offerings (onichiku) will be presented for sixteen days from today until the 21st. Today's offering duty is assigned to Chief Priest Shigeuji.

Concerning the remaining work of laying tatami mats in the inner sanctuaries of Kataoka Shrine's new building, Ōta Shrine, Wakamiya, Nara Shrine, Sawada Shrine, and Ujigami Shrine, four tōne were appointed, the sacred treasures department attended, and the shrine priests of those shrines participated.
1. The matters discussed among the shrine priests in retreat are as follows:
1. Regarding the chihaya (ritual garment), it should be worn at the shrine precincts with sufficient time to be ready for greeting the imperial envoy before his arrival. As for removing it, it was decided that it should be removed at one's seat when returning to position after the presentation of sacred treasures is completed.
1. The greeting of the imperial envoy should be done from the Hi Gate, and the same applies when withdrawing.
1. Before presenting the sacred treasures, the chief priests and below should perform ritual purification near the purification shelf at the West Offering Place. This should be reported to the Director in advance.

1. Horikawa Saemon-no-jō from the Wood Construction Bureau and Ono Tonomo-no-suke from the Palace Maintenance Bureau came to inspect the construction site for the curtained enclosure, and Head Priest Hirohisa met with them.
1. Around the hour of the Monkey (3-5 PM), a small assembly was held at the retreat quarters, where the six monthly duty officers and related personnel gathered. Assembly leader Mori Akira announced that a request had been made by the Superintendent of Poetry Department: the ritual garments previously requested had not yet been distributed. Since the formal reconstruction ceremony is approaching, they requested to borrow them just for the day of the ceremony and return them afterward.
In the deliberation, after the Shōtoku-era shrine records were consulted at the 12th day assembly and assigned to the monthly duty officers, since there has been no general assembly, for the formal reconstruction ceremony day, they should attend wearing the 140 sets of garments previously distributed per assigned quota. It was decided to make another announcement at the next assembly. Also, regarding the poetry department, there are current shortages, and since there are no official duties for the reconstruction ceremony, if they wish to participate voluntarily, they should do so at their own
