御手番として東西から与力二人、同心六人を差し出す旨を仰せ渡された。それから東御役所へ参り、目附方へ申し入れたところ、木村源八郎が出会い、西にて仰せ渡された趣を御請け申し上げる旨を申し入れたところ、右の口上の趣を書付に印形をして上げるべき旨につき、認めて上げ、その控えは左の通りである。
口上の覚
今日本社正遷宮につき警固の儀、この間から段々申し上げたところ、御所司代欠員につき御伝奏から昨晩仰せ達しになったため、警固の儀御伺い中のため差し出すことが困難であるが、御手番として与力同心を差し出すよう仰せになり、西御役所にて仰せ渡されたため、御請け申し上げます。以上

それから伝奏御奉行へ右の御届けの御礼を申し上げて帰郷した由。ただし伝奏からも御召しにつき季栄が出頭したところ、途中にて史顕と出会い、只今御伝奏御奉行へも参った趣につき、途中からこれも帰郷した云々。
一、本宮正遷宮の御当日である。ただし刻限は酉の刻。右につき卯の刻計りに本宮（この時新権殿に御鎮座）から権殿（この時仮殿）、摂社末社等へ御日供献進を常の如く行った。当番は片岡祢宜功久、摂社は当番の氏人、賀茂小社二十一社は社務代季由、貴布祢小社十五社は日参尋直が備進した。

It was ordered that two yoriki and six doshin would be dispatched from East and West for guard duty. Regarding security for today's formal relocation ceremony of the main shrine, we have repeatedly petitioned about this matter, but due to the vacancy in the Shoshidai position and last night's directive from the Imperial Messenger, since the security matter is under inquiry, it is difficult to dispatch [full security], but it was ordered that yoriki and doshin be dispatched for guard duty, as conveyed by the West Office, which we hereby acknowledge. Then, gratitude was expressed to the Imperial Messenger Magistrate for the above notification before returning home. However, since there was also a summons from the Imperial Messenger, Suenaga set out to attend, but met Shiaki along the way, who said he had just visited the Imperial Messenger Magistrate, so both returned home from that point, etc.
One: This was the day of the formal relocation ceremony of the main shrine. The designated time was the Hour of the Rooster. Accordingly, around the Hour of the Rabbit, daily offerings were presented as usual from the main shrine (at this time newly enshrined in the new temporary sanctuary) to the former sanctuary (at this time the temporary hall), and to the subsidiary and branch shrines. The duty priest was Kataoka Negi Yoshihisa; for subsidiary shrines, the duty parishioner; for the twenty-one small Kamo shrines, shrine deputy Sueyoshi; and for the fifteen small Kibune shrines, daily attendant Hirotada made the offerings.
