一、御羽扇 二本 一、御幣 二本
右は遷御の後に奉納する神宝である。これにより祢宜方の御供棚に載せ置き、刻限に陰陽師が清め祓いを行うこと。
右の外に御野太刀一振りの件は、今度の御造営奉行山村信濃守殿組の与力前田忠次郎の寄附である。これにより今夜権殿の御内陣に奉納する。もっとも頼みにより則ち掛かりにて取り計らいがあり、出来た。右一社相談の上、遷御以前に正祢宜随身として神主が権殿に納めた。

The above are sacred treasures to be offered after the deity relocation. Therefore they are to be placed on the negi priests' offering shelf, and at the appointed time the onmyoji will perform purification.
In addition to the above, regarding one field sword, this is a donation from Maeda Tadajiro, a yoriki under construction magistrate Yamamura Shinano-no-kami. Therefore it will be offered tonight in the inner sanctuary of the temporary shrine. Since this was done as a favor, arrangements were made through connections and completed. After consultation with the shrine, before the deity relocation, the head priest placed it in the temporary shrine as an attendant to the chief negi.
