Next, Head Priest Hirohisa (wearing court dress and layered robes), the three officials in attendance, Deputy Kaneyasu, Administrative Deputy Yasuhiro, Deputy Representative Daifu Kiyoshi (each wearing folded court caps, purification robes, and court dress with decorative cords; the three proceeding side by side in attendance). The head priest's attendants (two Nyoki officials in court dress, two in plain court dress, two servant-attendants, shoe bearers, umbrella bearers, etc.). Next, the three officials' attendants (one servant-attendant each). After a brief interval, Senior Head Priest Narihisa, Assistant Ritualist Shigeuye, Deputy Head Priest Yasuhisa, Assistant Ritualist Yasuyoshi, Kataoka Head Priest Norihisa, Assistant Ritualist Kazuhira (substituted by Norihiro due to impediment), Kifu Head Priest Okihisa, Assistant Ritualist Norihisa (substituted by Yasunaga due to young age), Shingu Head Priest Yasumune, Assistant Ritualist Tsuneyasu, Ōta Head Priest Yasutoshi, Assistant Ritualist Chikakira, Wakamiya Head Priest Motoyasu, Assistant Ritualist Norihiro, Nara Head Priest Akikira, Assistant Ritualist Ujio, Sawada Head Priest Kanetame, Assistant Ritualist Yasutoshi, Ujigami Head Priest Kaneyasu, Assistant Ritualist Hisayasu (substituted by Norisue due to illness). The above (wearing court dress and layered robes, attendants including one in court dress, two servant-attendants, shoe bearers, umbrella bearers). However, regarding the ritual vestments, after the senior secretary brought the imperial edict and it was prepared for the head priest's divine viewing, it was decided through consultation that all should wear them, but they would not don them at the retreat quarters, rather each would put them on at the shrine grounds. Next, ten officials for the ceremonial food service: Junior Fourth Rank Lower Utaaki, Junior Fifth Rank Upper Yoshinao, Junior Fifth Rank Lower Kiyoyoshi, same rank Kiyoman, Junior Fourth Rank Lower Yasutaka, Junior Fifth Rank Lower Daikiyoshi, same rank Mutsuaki, Junior Fourth Rank Lower Kanetoki, Junior Fourth Rank Upper Kanetoshi, Senior Fifth Rank Lower Noritaka (the above in order of precedence; wearing folded court caps, purification robes, court dress with decorative cords, and silk court dress, with one servant-attendant each) etc. Besides these, those who attended the shrine grounds voluntarily: Onmyō Yoraki (wearing plain court cap and robe, with servant-attendant), Purification Leader Junior Fourth Rank Lower Noritsura, Junior Fourth Rank Lower Shikihisa, Junior Fifth Rank Upper Yasukata, Junior Fifth Rank Lower Jōaki, Senior Fifth Rank Lower Tsuraaki (each wearing purification robes with one servant-attendant). Deputy Kanesuke, substitute Ujineri (wearing folded court cap, purification robe, silk court dress, and court trousers), as well as those attending at will (wearing hunting dress, purification robes, informal court dress, etc.). During the deity transfer, these voluntary attendees spread thin mats on the courtyard grounds and prostrated themselves. Furthermore, sword bearers and shrine attendants were within the daily offering gate, while shrine officials' attendants and others not immediately needed were stationed near the rear gate outside the west sacred fence, and loud voices were prohibited. The head administrators Kiyotari and Yasutake gave these instructions. 1. Two imperial horses (white-haired), their bodies wrapped in white silk, with grooms and equipment in attendance. They proceeded from the first torii and were tethered in the stable on the west side outside the second torii. This was around the middle of the hour of the monkey. However, the Imperial Stables Office remained at their rest quarters and did not accompany them. They would serve when the imperial messenger attended.
