現代語訳
去る安政五年午年に示談による年賦返済として、
一年につき金十八両ずつ、一昨年卯年まで
九年間の年賦返済を行った。
今回の取り決めの趣旨
一、金九十両也 五年分の合計
この金額を渡し
申すべきこと
上記の引き延ばしによる年賦返済および延長により
利息が積み立てられた分も勘案して
一、銀五百四十匁 勘案のための趣旨として
一年分の利息

Regarding the settlement payment plan from the 5th year of Ansei, Year of the Horse (1858):
Eighteen ryō of gold per year, continuing until the year before last (Year of the Rabbit),
for a nine-year payment plan.
The intent of this current arrangement:
Item: Ninety ryō of gold - being the total for five years,
this amount shall be
delivered accordingly.
Considering the extended payment plan and延長 (extension),
including the accumulated interest portion:
Item: 540 monme of silver - as consideration for the calculation,
being one year's interest,
this amount shall be
delivered at this time.
