陸奥国の桃生・牡鹿・登米・磐井・本吉・気仙・胆沢・加美・玉造・栗原・志田・遠田・刈田・柴田・伊具・亘理・名取・宮城・黒川・江刺の二十郡、ならびに宇多郡のうち九か村、常陸国信田郡のうち十三か村、筑波郡のうち三か村、河内郡のうち龍ケ崎村、下総国豊田郡のうち大園木村、近江国蒲生郡のうち十八か村、野洲郡のうち二か村、高六十二万石余（目録は別紙にあり）のこと、
そのうち三万石は田村左京大夫が支配すべき分であり、残りの五十九万石余を充行（あてがい）訖（おわんぬ）。代々の例によりこれを領知すべき状、件のごとし。

Concerning the lands in Mutsu Province encompassing the twenty districts (gun) of Monou, Oshika, Tome, Iwai, Motoyoshi, Kesen, Isawa, Kami, Tamatsukuri, Kurihara, Shida, Tōda, Katta, Shibata, Igu, Watari, Natori, Miyagi, Kurokawa, and Esashi; together with nine villages within Uta District; thirteen villages within Shida District of Hitachi Province; three villages within Tsukuba District; Ryūgasaki Village within Kawachi District; Ōsonoki Village within Toyoda District of Shimōsa Province; eighteen villages within Gamō District of Ōmi Province; and two villages within Yasu District — totaling a stipend (taka) of over 620,000 koku (the itemized list is on a separate document):
Of this, 30,000 koku shall be administered by Tamura Sakyō-no-Tayū, and the remaining over 590,000 koku is hereby granted. In accordance with the precedents of successive generations, you are to govern these domains as stated herein.
