○ As for this compilation, as stated in the preceding articles: although the origins (honyen) of the various mountains throughout the district, along with their sacred treasures and the like, have been recorded, however roughly, there are nonetheless no small number of omissions. In a subsequent volume, a thorough reconsideration and comprehensive edition shall be compiled, recording everything in full and supplementing what is lacking.
The above concludes the prefatory notes.
