To Tade Innosuke, the biological younger brother of Lord Date Sukesaburō: He is hereby newly granted a stipend of eighty kanmon, and is ordered to take the surname Koyanagawa. Accordingly, this shall be appended to the official register (hondei), and the allotment shall be drawn from the local landholdings and current yields; the draft of the vermillion-seal document is to be prepared and conveyed accordingly. Note that, although the succession had lapsed because Koyanagawa Kinojō had not submitted a petition for an adopted heir during his lifetime, the Koyanagawa house is a matter of special circumstance; furthermore, in consideration of the connection with Lord Hizen, Tade Innosuke has been granted permission to succeed to the Koyanagawa surname and family succession.
