よりて元禄年中金銀の法を改め造られ我国

東照宮の定置れし処には大きに及はす候に
よりて工商の類あらたに造り出され候金銀の
價を賤しミ各其利を失ふへからさる事を
謀り諸物の價を増し加えて商売し候ニ及ひて
諸物の價ハ年々に貴く金銀の價は年々に
賤しくなり来りてつゐには公私貴賤ハ難
儀にハ至りぬ 異朝にして往古より其宝貨之
品高下同しからさる事共にて就中中古
以来ハ宝鈔ニて紙を以て金銀にかへ候て天下
に通用せしめ候事今に至るのよし相聞へ候
