現代語訳

一　元禄五年申年九月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌酉年三月罷り下った。
　　同七年戌年二月、倉沢与兵衛の二男源六郎を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された。

一　同十年丑年三月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登ったところ、同月十七日道中白坂駅において五十三歳で病死した。法名は鉄叟梅心居士、葬所は同上。

一　延宝四年辰年十月の日記によると、源次郎は一両年以前に御暇を申し出て江戸へ出たことが見える。

一　寛文七年未年十月、亡父の御知行のうち五十石の分知を下し置かれ、小番に召し出された。

1. In Genroku 5 (1692), year of the monkey, ninth month: He went up to Edo for guard duty service, returning in the third month of the following year of the rooster.
In the same 7th year (1694), year of the dog, second month: He petitioned to adopt Genjirō, the second son of Kurasawa Yohee, and was granted permission.

1. In the same 10th year (1697), year of the ox, third month: While going up to Edo for guard duty service, he died of illness on the 17th day of the same month at Shirasaka station during the journey, at the age of 53. His posthumous Buddhist name was Tetsusō Baishin Koji, buried in the same place as above.
