一 同十二年子年十二月、原田兵左衛門と御次において口論し、上を憚らない無法な仕方で不届きであると思し召しになり、これにより兄の伊左衛門に御預けとなり、会津へ罷り下って謹慎するよう仰せ渡された。
一 延宝四年辰年正月旧暦二十五日、乱心したため御知行五十石を召し上げられた。
一 同五年巳年十一月三日病死。法名は霜林道寒禅定門、葬所は同上。

In the same 12th year (1679), year of the rat, twelfth month: He had a quarrel with Harada Hyōzaemon at the palace antechamber, showing disrespectful and lawless behavior toward his superiors, which was deemed improper. As a result, he was placed under the custody of his elder brother Izaemon and ordered to go down to Aizu and observe strict house confinement.
1. In Enpō 4 (1675), year of the dragon, first month, 25th day of the old calendar: Due to his mental derangement, his 50-koku stipend was confiscated.
1. In the same 5th year (1676), year of the snake, eleventh month, 3rd day: He died of illness. His posthumous Buddhist name was Sōrin Dōkan Zenjōmon, buried in the same place as above.
