殿様此度御用屋敷江御引移ニ相成候処是迄
御用向出精相勤候ニ付
御同人様より綿壱把御鼻紙三束被下置候
但御引移後も致病死候迄御祝事等之節は
不及申其外節々被為召山野御慰御出之節
共ニ不相替被 召連御勝負御至来之御品共は
不及申御筆之御書画等其外品々度々被下
置候事
一 同月今度 御参府被遊候ニ付 思召ヲ以反物
鷲之羽被下置候事
一 同九申年七月学問精出年齢ゟ手際宜
一等へ相進候ニ付三礼古注被下置候事
一 同十二亥年四月御遊御相手被 仰付置候処
手比も有之義ニ付当御下向之節ゟ御免被成之
旨被 仰出候事
一 同年八月先達而御相手被 仰付置候内精出
相勤候ニ付銀三枚綿弐把被下置候事
一 同年十月学問致出精年齢ゟ手際宜大
学江相進候ニ付五経新注被下置候事

一、同月
殿様が今度御用屋敷へお引き移りになることになりましたが、これまで御用向きを出精して相勤めましたので、
御同人様より綿一把、御鼻紙三束を下し置かれました。
ただし御引き移り後も病死するまで、御祝事等の節はもちろんのこと、その外節々にお召しになり、山野での御慰みのお出かけの節も変わらずお召し連れになり、御勝負や御到来の御品々はもちろんのこと、御筆の御書画等その外の品々を度々下し置かれました。
一、同月 今度御参府あそばされますので、思し召しにより反物と鷲の羽を下し置かれました。
一、同九申年七月 学問を精出し、年齢より手際がよく一等へ進みましたので、三礼古注を下し置かれました。
一、同十二亥年四月 御遊びの御相手を仰せ付け置かれていましたが、手比べもある義につき、当御下向の節より御免になる旨が仰せ出されました。
一、同年八月 先達て御相手を仰せ付け置かれていた内、精出して相勤めましたので、銀三枚、綿二把を下し置かれました。
一、同年十月 学問を出精し、年齢より手際がよく大学へ進みましたので、五経新注を下し置かれました。
