一 宝永六年丑年十二月、親の願いの通り御番代外様組付を仰せ付けられ、神保茂左衛門組に入り、御城御番を勤めた件
一 正徳元年卯年十月、江戸へ勤番のため上がり、翌辰年四月に下った件
一 享保元年申年四月、江戸へ勤番のため上がったところ、親が病気のため願い出て同年六月に下った件
一 同年七月、跡式御知行四百石を相違なくお下し置かれた件
ただし忌み明けの御免にて仰せを蒙り、かつ江戸表で御人数が少なく御差し支えになるため、早速上がるよう仰せ付けられ上がり、同年十月に下った件
