一 同二丑年八月武芸精出相極候段寄特ニ被
思召之旨被 仰出候事

一 同年十二月八日松平加賀守宗辰様御急
症之旨為御知有之即刻為御附使者本郷御屋
敷江被遣候処不軽御様体ニ付追々被 仰遣
土常様御出被遊御途中ゟ御早乗ニ而御出被遊
候ニ付御門前へ罷出御馬之取扱仕御様躰申上候処
依 御意其儘御坐近迄御供仕候
但此節加州御屋敷尋常之様子ニ無之殊ニ
夜陰之義御急キ被遊候故御刀番三宅
藤左衛門御厩別当伊東和佐右衛門騎馬ニ而
御供外ニ歩立之者両人ならて続兼候躰ニ候処
最初ニ罷越御病躰始粗相弁候故
思召ヲ以為御用心御座近迄被 召連候由ニ御坐候事
一 同四卯年四月十六日江戸二ノ御丸炎上ニ付御人
数被差出候処 御本丸始防方被為蒙 仰御行
列之内当務受前之立場へ罷出御用相勤

現代語訳
一 延享2年（1745年）8月、武芸に精励して上達した段について、特に思し召しがあった旨が申し渡された。
一 延享3年（1746年）2月、御使番に任命された。
一 同年10月、勤番のため江戸表へ上った。
一 同年12月8日、松平加賀守宗辰様が急病になった旨の知らせがあり、即刻御附使者として本郷御屋敷へ派遣されたところ、軽くない容体であったため、次々と指示が出され、殿様が御出になり、途中から早馬で御出になったので、御門前へ出向いて御馬の取り扱いをし、様子を申し上げたところ、御意により、そのまま御座の近くまでお供をした。
なお、この時加州御屋敷は尋常でない様子で、特に夜間のことで急いでおられたため、御刀番三宅藤左衛門、御厩別当伊東和佐右衛門が騎馬でお供し、他に徒歩の者2人だけで、とても全員がついて行けない状態だったが、最初に駆けつけて御病状の始末をおおよそ把握していたため、思し召しにより用心のため御座の近くまで連れて行かれたということである。
一 延享4年（1747年）4月16日、江戸二の丸が炎上したため御人数が派遣されたところ、御本丸をはじめとする防火について仰せを蒙り、御行列の中で当務として定められた立場へ出向いて御用を勤めた。

- In the 2nd month of Enkyō 3 (1746), he was appointed to the position of messenger (oshitsukaiban).
- In the 10th month of the same year, he went up to Edo for guard duty service.
- On the 8th day of the 12th month of the same year, word came that Matsudaira Kaga-no-kami Munetoki was seriously ill, and he was immediately dispatched as an attendant messenger to the Hongō residence. Finding that his condition was not light, successive orders were issued. When the lord set out and then switched to fast riding partway through the journey, [the subject] went out to the front gate to handle the lord's horse and report on the situation. By the lord's command, he then accompanied him right up to his seat.
Note: At this time the Kashū residence was in an unusual state, and particularly since it was nighttime and there was great urgency, only the sword attendant Miyake Tōzaemon and stable magistrate Itō Wasaemon accompanied on horseback, with just two others on foot - a situation where not everyone could keep up. However, since [the subject] had arrived first and generally understood the patient's condition, by the lord's consideration for caution, he was taken along right up to the seat.
- On the 16th day of the 4th month of Enkyō 4 (1747), when the Edo Ninomaru caught fire and personnel were dispatched, he received orders regarding fire prevention for the Honmaru and other areas, and went out to his designated position within the procession to perform his duties.
