一 天明四年（1784年）十月二十九日の夜、米代一ノ丁融通寺町通において加藤仁三郎と刃傷に及び、双方とも深手を負った。それぞれの宅へ引き取ったところ、仁三郎はその夜のうちに死去し、勝蔵は十一月七日に死去した。四十四歳。霊号は共雄神霊。葬所は同上

One: On the fifth day of the second month of Anei 4 (1775), he died of illness at the age of thirty-nine. His posthumous spiritual name was Sanehiko Reisha. Burial place: same as above.

One: On the night of the twenty-ninth day of the tenth month of Tenmei 4 (1784), at Yoneshiro Ichi-no-chō Yūzū-ji Machi-dōri, he engaged in a sword fight with Katō Nisaburō, with both parties sustaining deep wounds. When they were taken to their respective homes, Nisaburō died that very night, and Katsuzō died on the seventh day of the eleventh month. Age forty-four. Posthumous spiritual name: Tomoo Shinrei. Burial place: same as above.
