貞昭様常詰御用人御書簡并
寿鳳院様御附兼務被 仰付席是迄之通被
成置之旨被 仰出候
但同十二月罷登候事
一 同年十二月歳暮之為御祝儀
恭定様ゟ御小袖
貞昭様ゟ御熨斗目被下置候
但此後年々右之御振合ヲ以被下置候事
一 享和元酉年三月屋敷手入宜仕差上候段

貞昭様御供方支配被 仰付候事
一 同年五月端午為御祝儀

現代語訳
貞昭様の常詰御用人の書簡係および寿鳳院様の御付兼務を仰せ付けられ、席は今までの通りとする旨を仰せ出された。
但し同年十二月に江戸へ上がった。
一、同年十二月、歳暮の御祝儀として
恭定様から御小袖
貞昭様から御熨斗目を下し置かれた。
但し、この後毎年右の御振合をもって下し置かれる。
一、享和元年（1801年）三月、屋敷の手入れを良く仕上げた旨を仰せ出された。
一、同年四月
貞昭様の御供方支配を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年五月、端午の御祝儀として
恭定様・貞昭様から御帷子を下し置かれた。
但し、この後毎年下し置かれる。

貞昭様の御休息所にお召しになり、御手ずから裏付継の御上下を下し置かれた。

英語訳
He was appointed as secretary for correspondence for Lord Sadaaki's regular attendant and concurrently as attendant to Lady Juhoin, with his rank remaining as before.
However, he went up to Edo in December of the same year.
1. In December of the same year, as New Year's congratulatory gifts:
A kosode robe from Lord Kyojo
A noshime formal wear from Lord Sadaaki were bestowed upon him.
Henceforth, such gifts would be bestowed annually in the same manner.
1. In March of Kyowa 1 (1801), it was announced that he had completed the maintenance of his residence satisfactorily.
1. In April of the same year:
He was appointed as supervisor of Lord Sadaaki's attendant staff.
1. In May of the same year, as Boys' Day congratulatory gifts:
Summer kimono were bestowed by Lord Kyojo and Lord Sadaaki.
Henceforth, these would be bestowed annually.
1. In September of the same year:
He was summoned to Lord Sadaaki's rest chamber, where he was personally given a lined jacket and hakama set.

One crested baby garment, a relic of Lady Genkoين, was bestowed upon him.
