現代語訳
一、同年十二月、歳暮の御祝儀として
寿鳳院様から井伊家の御紋付の御小袖を下し置かれた。
但し、この後毎年下し置かれる。
一、同月
松寿院様から歳暮の御祝儀として加賀只紋の御小袖を下し置かれた。
但し、毎年端午には晒二疋、歳暮には加賀絹二疋ずつ下し置かれる。
一、同二年（享和2年、1802年）五月、端午の御祝儀として
貞昭様から御紋付の黒羽二重の御単物を下し置かれた。
一、同月
貞昭様の古い御召物に余りがあったことから、思し召しにより御紋付の単の御羽織、御小袖、麻の御上下、嶋の御帷子を下し置かれた。
一、同年六月
貞昭様の御休息所にお召しになり、綟子の御肩衣を下し置かれた。
一、同三年（享和3年、1803年）二月
松寿院様の御遺物である御掛物一幅と御手焙を下し置かれた。

1. In December of the same year, as New Year's congratulatory gifts:
A kosode robe with the Ii family crest from Lady Juhoin was bestowed upon him.
Henceforth, this would be bestowed annually.
1. In the same month:
A kosode robe with Kaga plain crest from Lady Shojuin was bestowed as New Year's congratulations.
Henceforth, two rolls of bleached cloth would be given at Boys' Day and two rolls of Kaga silk at year's end annually.
1. In May of the second year (Kyowa 2, 1802), as Boys' Day congratulatory gifts:
A crested black habutae silk unlined garment from Lord Sadaaki was bestowed upon him.
1. In the same month:
As Lord Sadaaki had surplus old garments, by his gracious will, a crested unlined haori jacket, kosode robe, hemp formal wear, and striped summer kimono were bestowed upon him.
1. In June of the same year:
He was summoned to Lord Sadaaki's rest chamber, where a ramie shoulder garment was bestowed upon him.
1. In February of the third year (Kyowa 3, 1803):
One hanging scroll and a hand warmer, relics of Lady Shojuin, were bestowed upon him.
1. In March of the same year, he was appointed before His Lordship as assistant attendant, concurrently serving as chamberlain with the same rank as magistrate, according to seniority of integration. Regarding the commencement of his duties and assistance with daily conduct, he was instructed to consult and serve together with Suwa Kyuzaburo.
