仰出於 御次纏馬印御免被成同心料奉行同様

寿鳳院様御附兼務是迄之通可相勤候御跡

貞昭様御附副勤被 仰付候ニ付而者重キ賞罰之
義ハ格別左も無之御用筋者御附一同 御前へ
罷出申上 御表江罷出候節者奉行之内江加り
先輩次第ニ罷出候様尤来春迄御附一同会
津江壱年可相詰旨被 仰出候事

貞昭様御供ニ而罷下候ニ付
御同人様ゟ御紋袷御羽織被下置候
但御道中御書簡兼罷下候事

貞昭様御附添勤奉行同格被 仰付候ニ付奉行共
御用伺之節致着坐候様且御玄関御出之節ハ
夜居之間奉行之内江罷出 御目見可仕旨被
仰出候
但着坐罷在候節奉行中ゟ書付被相廻筈之

仰せ出された。御次の間において纏と馬印が御免になり、同心料は奉行と同様に下し置かれた。
寿鳳院様の御付兼務については、これまで通り相勤めることができる。御跡乗りについては御免になった旨が仰せ出された。
一、同日
貞昭様の御付副勤を仰せ付けられたことについて、重い賞罰の件は格別だが、そうでもない御用筋については御付一同で御前へ出て申し上げる。御表へ出る際は奉行の内に加わり、先輩順に出るように。もっとも来春まで御付一同は会津へ一年詰めるべき旨が仰せ出された。

貞昭様のお供で下向したことにより、
御同人様から御紋付の袷の御羽織を下し置かれた。
但し、御道中の御書簡を兼ねて下向した。

貞昭様の御付添勤、奉行同格を仰せ付けられたことにより、奉行共が御用を伺う際は着座するように、また御玄関にお出での際は夜居の間で奉行の内へ出て御目見えするべき旨が仰せ出された。

It was proclaimed. In the anteroom, the war banner and horse insignia were permitted, and stipend equivalent to that of magistrates was bestowed.
Regarding the concurrent service as Lady Juhoin's attendant, he could continue serving as before. It was proclaimed that riding in the lord's palanquin procession was now permitted.
1. On the same day:
Regarding his appointment as assistant attendant to Lord Sadaaki, while serious matters of rewards and punishments were exceptional, for other official business, all attendants would appear before His Lordship together to report. When appearing at the main hall, he would join among the magistrates and appear in order of seniority. Most importantly, all attendants were to be stationed in Aizu for one year until next spring, as was proclaimed.
1. In April of the same year:
As he accompanied Lord Sadaaki on his journey down to the domain,
His Lordship bestowed upon him a crested lined haori jacket.
He also carried official correspondence during the journey.
1. In the same month:
Having been appointed as assistant attendant to Lord Sadaaki with the same rank as magistrate, when magistrates made official inquiries, he was to be seated with them, and when appearing at the main entrance, he was to appear among the magistrates in the night duty room for audience, as was proclaimed.
