勘十郎良宗ハ信州伊奈之領主毛利河内守秀頼
方ニ罷在候河内殿卒去之後子細有之毛利家
致退去終身二君ニ勤仕不致兄理右衛門一良方ニ致
寄宿芸州広島ニ而元和六申年二月十九日
相果候法名俊法宗波庵主後神道ニ改祭
霊号始宗霊社
一 寛永十六卯年四月御知行三百石被下置被
召出江戸外様之御奉公仕候
但中根壱岐守正盛殿御口入ヲ以被 召出候壱岐守殿
御内室ハ大橋氏ニ而勘右衛門叔母之続柄ニ候
一 同十九午年御使役被 仰付御加増弐百石
被下置候事
一 同二十未年会津江御所替ニ付御所御引渡
御用相勤候
但御引渡御用無子細相勤候儀ニ候へハ一統之通
並之御加増被下候ニ相違無之候処其段不詳候
若ハ去当百石ツヽ両度ニ被下候を誤り去年
弐百石被下候様伝たるにも可在之哉寛文十一
亥年三月赤井町出火之節急火ニ而類
焼いたし候節諸扣焼失致其次第不詳候事
現代語訳
勘十郎良宗は信州伊那の領主毛利河内守秀頼の
元に仕えていたが、河内殿が死去した後に事情があって毛利家を
退去し、終生二君に仕えることはせず、兄の理右衛門一良の元に
寄宿し、芸州広島において元和六年申年（1620年）二月十九日に
死去した。法名は俊法宗波庵主、後に神道に改めて祭
霊号は始宗霊社とした。
一 寛永十六年卯年（1639年）四月、御知行三百石を下賜され
召し出されて江戸で外様としてお奉公した
ただし中根壱岐守正盛殿の口利きによって召し出された。壱岐守殿の
御内室は大橋氏であり、勘右衛門の叔母の続柄にあたる
一 同十九年午年（1642年）御使役に任命され、御加増二百石を
下賜された
一 同二十年未年（1643年）会津への御所替えに付き、御所御引渡
御用を勤めた
ただし御引渡御用を無事に勤めた功績により、一統の通り
通常の御加増を下賜されたはずであるが、その詳細は不明である
もしかすると昨年当年百石ずつ両度に下賜されたのを誤って昨年
二百石を下賜されたように伝わったのかもしれない。寛文十一年
亥年（1671年）三月赤井町出火の際の急火による類
焼で諸々の控え帳が焼失したため、その次第は不詳である
英語訳
Kantarō Yoshimune served under Mōri Kawachi-no-kami Hideyori,
the lord of Ina in Shinshū Province. After Kawachi-dono's death, due to certain circumstances, he left the Mōri family
and never served two lords in his lifetime. He lodged with his elder brother Riemon Kazuyoshi
and died in Hiroshima, Geishū Province on the 19th day of the 2nd month of Genna 6, year of the monkey (1620).
His Buddhist name was Shunpō Sōha Anju, later changed to Shinto with spirit
name Shisō Reisha.
One In the 4th month of Kan'ei 16, year of the rabbit (1639), he was granted a fief of 300 koku
and summoned to serve in Edo as an outside vassal (tozama)
This summons came through the recommendation of Nakane Ikino-kami Masamori. Ikino-kami's
wife was of the Ōhashi clan and was related to Kanemon as his aunt
One In the same 19th year, year of the horse (1642), he was appointed to the messenger service (goshiyaku) and granted an additional 200 koku
One In the same 20th year, year of the sheep (1643), due to the transfer to Aizu, he served in
the castle handover duties
Since he performed the handover duties without incident, he should have received
the standard stipend increase like everyone else, but the details are unclear.
Perhaps 100 koku were granted in two separate occasions in recent years, but this was mistakenly
recorded as 200 koku being granted last year. In the 3rd month of Kanbun 11,
year of the boar (1671), during the fire at Akai-machi, the rapid spread of fire caused
the burning of various record books, so the details remain unknown
