伊那県御支配所北小河内村八五郎の厄介である勘右衛門並びにその女房ともに、私の親類である麻屋善兵衛の跡式を貰い受けて相続いたし、在住しておりましたところ、不和のため双方話し合いの上離縁いたし、右の八五郎方へ差し戻したく内談いたしましたので、これにより願い上げ奉ります。

Regarding Kanemon, who is a dependent of Hachigoro from Kitaogochi Village under the jurisdiction of Ina Prefecture, and his wife, who both received and inherited the succession of my relative Asaya Zenbei's house. As they were residing there but due to incompatibility, both parties discussed and decided on divorce, and we have privately discussed returning them to the aforementioned Hachigoro's household. Therefore, we humbly submit this petition.
