【右丁】
一 宝暦十年（辰年）五月 亡父の御扶持方の通り三人扶持を下し置かれ、御次医師に召し出されること
一 安永元年（辰年）七月 今度公儀の御普請役中の地先を改めるために参られることになり、御次医師として現地に赴くよう仰せ付けられたところ、当番の星野玄硯が病気のため、代わりに赴くよう仰せ付けられ、南ノ山廻村中の附副として勤めること
一 同八年（亥年）二月 願い出の上、医道修行のため江戸表へ上ることになること
【左丁】
一 寛政元年（酉年）七月 御役料として弐人扶持を下し置かれ、大川端御屋敷常詰を仰せ付けられること
一 同四年（子年）正月 芝御屋敷の御類焼により、松寿院様上屋敷へお引き移しになった際、御産母恵昌院殿がご病気のため、日々赴いて療養の手当てを行うこと
