松寿院様より御用録や御菓子、御酒等を度々下し置かれたこと
一 同年十二月 病気の治療に精を出して勤め、療養の効果もあったため、年々薬種料として金三両ずつを下し置かれる旨仰せ出されたこと
一 同六年（寅年）十二月まで 御屋敷はもちろん地所屋敷や町家に至るまで精を出して広く療治を行ったため、重要な案件であるが独礼の格式を成し下されたこと

一 同十年（午年）六月 これまでの御役料に加えて弐人扶持の御役料を下し置かれ、御番医を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年七月 蓮受院様が大川端御屋敷へお引き移りになったため、御診察はもちろん御薬をも差し上げるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年十月 この後、御婦人様方が御茶屋にお入りの際には付き添うよう仰せ付けられたこと
