一 同十一年（未年）三月、大川端御屋敷の新築工事の際、諸職人の中で病人や怪我人などを多数治療し、さらに暑中には施薬を行ったため、褒美として銀子一枚を下賜された。
一 同年七月、初めて蓮受院様の診察を仰せつけられた。
一 同年八月末より、蓮受院様がご不快になられた場合には日々参上して診察はもちろん、病状によっては朝夕参上する

一 同月、蓮受院様に初めて鍼治療を仰せつけられ、この後度々仰せつけられた。
一 同年九月、蓮受院様が痛みを訴えられたため、初めて膏薬を差し上げた。
