忰玄川義も
蓮受院様御用御家中療治

ただし観音崎詰に仰せ付けられた件
一 同十一年（戌年）十二月、相州の御陣屋の
件で、風土も異なる場所での療治方面で精
勤したことにより、御褒美として綿二把を
下賜された件
一 同年十二月、数十年間勤務し、かつ
息子玄川も
蓮受院様の御用で御家中の療治に
精進したことにより、御側医師らと共に

願いの通り息子玄川に、御都合の良い節に
御目見を仰せ付けるとの旨を
仰せ出された件
一 同十三年（子年）六月九日、七十八歳で
病死、法名は高誉隆与居士、葬
所は相州三浦郡鴨居村西徳
