本田伊豆守様にお仕えし、その後禄高

お仕えしたと申し伝えられている。
一 明暦三年（酉年）七月、故あって
御知行二百五十石を下し置かれ、
召し出されて江戸において外様の御奉公を
仰せ付けられた。
一 寛文六年（午年）十月、願いの通り息子治
部右衛門が御番代を仰せ付けられた。
一 延宝四年（辰年）十二月十四日、八十四歳で
