【右丁】
愿彰院様が江戸表へご上京なさるにあたり、お供の御用筆役を仰せ付けられ、相勤めたことにより、御褒美金を下し置かれたが、員数（金額）は不詳である。
一、同年九月、廻米当座立合を仰せ付けられた。
一、同十八（丑）年正月、御徒目付仮役を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年三月、廻米当座立合を仰せ付けられた。
一、同年五月、薪蔵壱年立合を仰せ付けられ、翌（寅）五月まで相勤めた。
但し、これにより金壱両を下し置かれた。
一、元文元（辰）年四月、御普請方当座立合を

Upon the occasion of Lady Genshōin's journey to Edo, he was appointed to serve as a secretary (goyō fude-yaku) in her entourage, and for his service, a reward of gold was granted, though the exact amount is unknown.
Item: In the ninth month of the same year, he was appointed to the position of temporary inspector for rice shipment administration (kaimai tōza tachiai).
Item: In the first month of the eighteenth year (Year of the Ox), he was appointed to the provisional position of foot soldiers' inspector (o-kachi metsuke kari-yaku).
Item: In the third month of the same year, he was again appointed to the position of temporary inspector for rice shipment administration.
Item: In the fifth month of the same year, he was appointed to oversee the firewood storehouse for one year, serving until the fifth month of the following year (Year of the Tiger).
Note: For this service, he was granted one ryō of gold.
Item: In the fourth month of the first year of Genbun (Year of the Dragon), he was appointed to the position of temporary inspector for construction administration (o-fushin-kata tōza tachiai).

Item: In the tenth month of the same year, he traveled to Edo for guard duty (kinban), completed one tour of service, and returned.
Note: During his tour of duty, he was appointed as an ad hoc provisional inspector (fuji kari-metsuke), and within that service, he was twice appointed as a regular provisional inspector (sadame kari-metsuke).
Item: In the eighth month of the second year (Year of the Snake), he was appointed to a five-year term in the rice shipment administration (kaimai-kata).
Item: In the second month of the fourth year (Year of the Goat), he was appointed as a foot soldiers' inspector (o-kachi metsuke), and was granted an additional stipend of one person's ration (hitori fuchi) and an office allowance (yakuryō) of three koku.
Item: In the fourth month of the same year, prior to the lord's arrival at the domain (o-nyūbu), he was appointed by official designation (o-hitosashi) to conduct inspections of roads, bridges, and waterways.
