一、宝暦三（酉）年十月、亡父の御擬作のうち、拾弐石弐人扶持を下し置かれ、御徒として召し出された。
一、同四（戌）年四月、江戸へ勤番のために罷り登り、同十月に罷り下った。
但し、陣中御纏才判を仰せ付けられた。
一、同五（亥）年二月、廻米方当座立合を仰せ付けられ、同三月まで相勤めた。
但し、右につき骨折料、定例の通り下し置かれた。
一、同七（丑）年三月、社倉夫食貸米立合を仰せ付けられ、同五月まで相勤めた。

Item: In the tenth month of the third year of Hōreki [1753] (Year of the Rooster), he was granted twelve koku and two-person stipend (ninin-fuchi) from his late father's allotted stipend (go-gisaku), and was called into service as an O-kachi (foot soldier retainer).
Item: In the fourth month of the fourth year [of Hōreki, 1754] (Year of the Dog), he traveled to Edo for his rotation of guard duty (kinban), and returned in the tenth month of the same year.
Note: He was appointed to serve as a battle standard bearer/administrator (jinchū o-matoi saiban) during this period.
Item: In the second month of the fifth year [of Hōreki, 1755] (Year of the Boar), he was appointed as a temporary inspector at the Rice Transport Office (Mawarimai-kata tōza tachiai), serving until the third month of the same year.
Note: For this service, a compensation for his efforts (hone-ori-ryō) was granted in accordance with established precedent.
Item: In the third month of the seventh year [of Hōreki, 1757] (Year of the Ox), he was appointed as an inspector for the Community Granary food-relief rice loans (shaso fushoku kashimai tachiai), serving until the fifth month of the same year.
