- In the 7th month of the same 7th year (Tsuchinoe-inu, 1778), he was appointed to serve as overseer (tachiai) of the paper storehouse (kamigura) for one year.
- In the 1st month of the same 8th year (Tsuchinoto-i, 1779), in recognition of his diligent service, he was granted an increase of three koku added to his existing official stipend (oyakuryō).
- In the 4th month of the same 9th year (Kanoe-ne, 1780), he returned and traveled up to Edo in advance of a reception, and in the 5th month served as an escort during the lord's return to the domain.
- In the 5th month of the same year, he was appointed to serve at the Oshitatejo (the domain's official tailoring/outfitting office).
- In the 8th month of the same year, he was appointed to concurrent duty as a rounds inspector (mawari), and was relieved of his guard duty (kinban) and other miscellaneous posts.
- In the 9th month of the 1st year of Tenmei (Kanoto-ushi, 1781), he was relieved of his concurrent duty as rounds inspector, and in recognition of his diligent service,

- In the 1st month of the 2nd year of Tenmei (Mizunoe-tora, 1782), he was appointed as overseer (tachiai) at the Motojimsho (general accounting/treasury office) for one year, serving until the 1st month of the following year, Mizunoto-u (1783).
- In the 3rd year of Tenmei (Mizunoto-u, 1783), he was appointed to serve at the Oshitatejo, continuing until the 5th month of the following year, Kinoe-tatsu (1784).
- In the 12th month of the 4th year of Tenmei (Kinoe-tatsu, 1784), in accordance with his petition, he was relieved of his post.
