**[Right folio]**
Note: After this, he turned out once more.
- In the 3rd month of the 7th year of the same era (Uma, 1810), as the Station Office (ekikata yakusho) was dissolved and its services were no longer required, he was appointed as Mounted Inspector's Foot Attendant (o-kachi-metsuke), and his official stipend (o-yaku-ryō) was kept at the same level as before.
- In the same month, he was appointed to serve for one year as the liaison officer (tachi-ai) for the Town Office (machi yakusho) as well as the New Lending Office (shin-kashikata), the Babamachi Freight Handling Office (Babamachi okoshini-kata), and the Five Occupational Offices (go-shoku-kata).
- In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed, out of the usual order (jun-gai), to serve as the liaison (tachi-ai) for the new construction of the Medical Academy (Igakukan). While carrying out these duties, it was found that there were increases and decreases in the cost estimates from the outset, and he was therefore instructed to become more deeply involved (tachi-iri) in overseeing the project.
- In the 9th year of the same era (Saru, 1812), he was appointed to serve in the capacity of School Officer (gakkō-gakari).
**[Left folio]**
- In the same month, in connection with the new construction of the Medical School (Igakko), as he was serving in the initial phase of both detailed oversight (tachi-iri) and general supervision (tachi-ai), he applied himself diligently and attended to every detail from the very beginning. For this he was awarded a reward of three bu in gold (kin san-bu).
- In the same month, as he had continued to perform his primary duties while also serving as School Officer, thereby incurring personal expenses, he was specially granted two bu in gold (kin ni-bu) as reimbursement for those costs.
- In the 10th month of the same year, in connection with the construction of the Medical Academy (Igakukan), he himself contributed his personal skills and effort as a gesture of sincere service (sunshi). For this he was presented with sake (o-sake).
- In the 12th month of the same year, he was appointed as Minor Magistrate (ko-bugyō). In recognition of his diligent service up to this point, despite it being a position of considerable weight and responsibility, he was also granted the status of Independent Ceremonial Audience (doku-rei).
