此度永代譲渡申処実正ニ御座候為此礼金
三拾両唯今慥ニ請取申候然ル上者御年貢諸懸り等
貴殿方ニ而急度御勤可被成候万一此地所ニ付諸親類
縁者ハ不及申脇々ゟ少も構無御座候若六日ケ敷
之義申者御座候ハヽ親類請人急度埒明ニ而貴殿方へ
御苦労相掛ケ申間敷候為後日証文仍而如件

現代語訳
この度永代譲渡申し上げるところ、真実正当でございます。そのお礼金として三十両を、ただいま確実に受け取り申しました。そうした上は、年貢諸掛かりなどを貴殿方において必ず勤めなさるべきでございます。万一この地所について諸親類縁者は申すに及ばず、他の者どもから少しも異議はございません。もし面倒な義を申す者がございましたら、親類請人が必ず解決いたしまして、貴殿方へご迷惑をおかけ申すことはございません。後日のための証文として、よってこの通りでございます。

Regarding the perpetual transfer being made at this time, it is truly legitimate. As gratitude money for this, I have just now certainly received thirty ryō. Given this, you shall definitely fulfill the annual tribute taxes and various levies. Should there be any issue regarding this land, not only relatives and in-laws, but no other parties whatsoever have any objection. If there should be anyone who raises troublesome matters, the relative guarantors will certainly resolve the issue and will not cause any trouble for you. This document serves as proof for posterity.
