もある。この辺りには、○藤堂和泉守（三十二万五千六百石）様、○立花飛騨守（十一万九千六百石）様、その他大小名様方のお屋敷が残らず損じた。東叡山（寛永寺）の御山内は無事であった。同じく広小路の北側、六阿弥陀横丁より、伊東・松坂屋・黒門町・上の町・大門町・七軒町・新屋敷・長者町・和泉橋通り・中御徒町・練塀小路際まで焼失した。また池の端は少々損じ、同じく萱町一丁目・二丁目は榊原様の中屋敷と共に類焼した。また根津・茶屋町辺りは大いに損じた。無縁坂の○松原（一万石）豊之丞様のお屋敷が□（損じ/崩れ）た。千駄木・団子坂この辺りはあまた（多く）崩れた。谷中・善光寺坂の上は少々残った。それより丸山・白山・駒込・巣鴨・板橋辺りは少々損じた。本郷通りはわずかに潰れ、加州様（加賀前田家）のお屋敷は無事であった。湯島天神は損じ、同じく表門通りは崩れ、三組町辺りは悉く崩れた。その他、大根畑・新町・至上・二年坂この辺りは麹室（こうじむろ）が割れて大地が大いに裂けた。霊雲寺門前は少々損じた。

霊雲寺は練塀が崩れた。妻恋町並びに稲荷社は無事で、町内一軒も崩れなかった。それより坂下の●建部（一万石）内匠様、●内藤（一万二千石）豊後守様のお屋敷は表長屋が崩れた。御成道の●石川（六万石）主殿様のお屋敷、●黒田（三万五千石）豊前守様のお屋敷は焼失した。小笠原様は損じた。昌平橋通りは、神田・同朋町・御台所町・旅籠町・金沢町・明神下辺りが残らず崩れ、筋違御見附は少々損じた。内神田・外神田ともに残らず揺れた。もっとも昌平橋辺りは格別のことはなく、聖堂（湯島聖堂）は表通りの練塀が崩れた。お茶の水辺より小石川・水戸様のお屋敷は少々損じた。同じく伝通院門前より安藤坂辺りは格別の損じはなく、●安藤飛騨守様のお屋敷は無事であった。この辺りはすべて少々の損じであった。

さて、また南の方は、浅草御門内辺りは格別の損じはなく、馬喰町通りより小伝馬町・鉄砲町・石町、また横山町より塩町・油町通り

...there were also areas that escaped unharmed. In this vicinity, the estates of ○Lord Tōdō, Governor of Izumi (320,500 koku), ○Lord Tachibana, Governor of Hida (119,600 koku), and various other great and lesser lords all suffered damage without exception. The precincts of Tōeizan (Kan'eiji Temple) were unharmed. On the north side of Hirokōji in the same area, everything from Mutsu Amida Yokochō, Itō, Matsuzakaya, Kuromon-chō, Ue-no-machi, Daimon-chō, Shichiken-chō, Shin-yashiki, Chōja-machi, Izumibashi-dōri, Naka-Okachimachi, and as far as the edge of Neribei Kōji was destroyed by fire. The Ikenohata area sustained minor damage, and Kayachō 1-chōme and 2-chōme burned together with the middle estate of Lord Sakakibara. The Nezu and Chayamachi areas also suffered great damage. The estate of ○Lord Matsubara (10,000 koku), Toyonojō, at Muen-zaka was □ (damaged/collapsed). The areas of Sendagi and Dango-zaka suffered numerous collapses. The area above Yanaka and Zenkōji-zaka survived partially. From there, Maruyama, Hakusan, Komagome, Sugamo, and Itabashi sustained minor damage. Hongō-dōri suffered only slight collapses, and the estate of Lord Kashū (the Maeda clan of Kaga) was unharmed. Yushima Tenjin Shrine was damaged, and similarly, the front gate street collapsed, with the Mikumichō area collapsing entirely. In addition, the areas of Daikon-畑, Shin-machi, Shijō, and Ninenaka saw their kōji-muro (fermentation cellars) crack open and the ground split apart extensively. The area in front of Reiun-ji Temple's gate sustained minor damage.

At Reiun-ji, the mud-plastered walls collapsed. Tsumakoi-machi and the Inari shrine were unharmed, with not a single house in the neighborhood collapsing. From there along the slope, the surface tenements (omote-nagaya) of the estates of ●Lord Takebe, Chief Artisan (10,000 koku), and ●Lord Naitō, Governor of Bungo (12,000 koku) collapsed. On Onari-dō, the estate of ●Lord Ishikawa, Master of the Palace (60,000 koku), and the estate of ●Lord Kuroda, Governor of Buzen (35,000 koku) were destroyed by fire. Lord Ogasawara's estate was damaged. Along Shōheibashi-dōri, the areas of Kanda, Dōbōchō, Odaidokorochō, Hatagochō, Kanazawachō, and Myōjin-shita all collapsed entirely. Sujikaigomon was slightly damaged. Both Uchi-Kanda and Soto-Kanda were completely shaken. However, the area around Shōheibashi suffered no particular damage, and at the Seidō (Yushima Seidō Confucian temple), the mud-plastered wall along the front street collapsed. From around Ochanomizu, the estates at Koishikawa for Lord Mito sustained minor damage. Likewise, from the front gate of Dentsu-in Temple to the Andō-zaka area, there was no particular damage, and the estate of ●Lord Andō, Governor of Hida, was unharmed. The entire area suffered only minor damage overall.

Now, turning to the south: the area inside Asakusa Gate suffered no particular damage, and from Bakurochō-dōri, through Kodenma-chō, Teppōchō, Kokuchō, and then from Yokoyama-chō through Shiomachi and Aburachō-dōri...
