妻 相馬九兵衛重於の女 （元文5申年（1740年）4月24日誕生｜文政5午年（1822年）12月23日、83歳にて病死。謐名、原淑孺人。葬所、同上）
一、宝暦2申年（1752年）8月、跡式として御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、簗瀬求馬組にて御城御番を勤めた。
一、同12（宝暦12）申年（1762年）2月、頭・簗瀬求馬の組替えにつき、跡御役として山崎左助組に罷り成った。
一、同14（宝暦14）申年（1764年）4月、本来の苗字・名越と改めたい旨、願いの通り認められた。
一、明和8卯年（1771年）3月、頭・山崎左助が願いの通り御役を御免となったことにつき、跡御役として田中加兵衛組に罷り成った。
一、安永5申年（1776年）3月、頭・田中加兵衛の御役替えにつき、跡御役として春日仁左衛門組に罷り成った。
