一、天明5巳年（1785年）7月、親の願いの通り、初めて御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一、寛政元酉年（1789年）正月、親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、翌年寄附に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。
一、同年閏6月、若年寄附を相止められ、春日仁左衛門組に移ることとなった。
一、同年7月、御供番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同2戌年（1790年）9月、願いの通り当務を御免となり、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、梶原左門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた。

Wife: Adopted daughter of his adoptive father Sōbei Shigeyoshi 《Interlinear note: Born on the 13th day of the 10th month of the 1st year of Meiwa, year of the Monkey (1764)》
Item: In the 7th month of the 5th year of Tenmei, year of the Snake (1785), in accordance with his father's petition, he was granted his first formal audience (御目見) with the lord.
Item: In the 1st month of the 1st year of Kansei, year of the Rooster (1789), in accordance with his father's petition, he was appointed as guard duty successor (御番代); in the following year he entered the Junior Councillor's attached unit (若年寄附) and served in the castle guard (御城御番).
Item: In the intercalary 6th month of the same year, his attachment to the Junior Councillor's unit (若年寄附) was discontinued, and he was transferred to the unit of Kasuga Jinzaemon.
Item: In the 7th month of the same year, he was appointed to the escort guard (御供番).
Item: In the 9th month of the 2nd year of Kansei, year of the Dog (1790), his petition was granted and he was relieved of his current duties (当務御免); he was then appointed to the outside retainer unit (外様組付), entered the unit of Kajiwara Samon, and served in the castle guard (御城御番).
