一、同六巳年（文化6年・1809年）8月、蝦夷地警固の御用を相勤め勤労いたしたにつき、時服一つを下し置かれた。且つ、道中の小荷駄差配および御目付仮役をも精出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一、同八未年（文化8年・1811年）5月、願いの通り、忰（せがれ）惣吉に御番を代わるよう仰せ付けられた。

Item: In the 8th month of the 6th year of the same era, Bunka 6 (1809), the Year of the Snake (巳), having diligently performed his duties in guarding Ezo (蝦夷地), he was granted one set of seasonal garments (時服). Furthermore, it was formally proclaimed that he had performed with distinction his duties of managing the pack-horse transport (小荷駄差配) during the journey, as well as his role as Acting Inspector (御目付仮役).
Item: In the 5th month of the 8th year, Bunka 8 (1811), the Year of the Sheep (未), in accordance with his petition, his son Sōkichi was appointed to succeed him in the guard position (御番代).
